Lots of places out there, but more if you are willing to go 20 min.
I would check the southwest and southeast (directly east of the 15)
Centennial Hills is nice, but its about 20 min from strip. I like the neighborhood, and getting on the 95 is a snap.
Browse craigslist.org to get a decent idea of prices.
What kind of lease terms do you want? I assume 1 yr, because its a different game if you want short term.
