Night-time coffee shops/cafes? Night-time coffee shops/cafes?

Are there any night-time coffee shops or cafes...maybe a combo book-store/coffee shop....anywhere in Las Vegas? It's the one thing I miss about Los Angeles.

I'm looking for a place that lets you lounge about, sipping a coffee and reading or surfing the web on your laptop. Maybe an artsy place.

Anyone?

this area is your best bet

i'm guessing there is at least one shop like that down there but those types of places are very rare here in vegas.

Augie, I live in Rhodes Ranch....the Arts District is great, but I'm not driving all of the way there for this.

I just found a little shop called Its a Grind on Durango and Warm Springs. Not bad.

There's a place called Madhouse Coffee (formerly It's a Grind) on Spring Mtn / Durango, same shopping center as Sen of Japan, that is exactly what you're looking for. Some of the "art" is kind of ******, but it usually has more people at 2am than 2pm.

There's a Starbucks located inside the Westin on Flamingo..

Did Madhouse buy "It's-a-Grind" or did the company rename itself or something? The one on Eastern by my place changed over too.

It's Desert Inn and Durango. And Sen might be the best sushi house in Vegas.

No, they're two separate places. Don't think there's a Norm's here, but don't know for sure.

No. All Norm's's are in California. Vegas has the coffee shop at South Point.
