Placed a down on a 4 bedroom beautiful house with pool by Pecos and Flamingo - Abt 20 mins from Bellagio. Great and convenient location.

Moving in by Mid-October 2014.... Lmk if anyone is interested.

Might be renting out 1 to 2 rooms.

Pool / Kitchen access, will be installing wi-fi .

I'm back in Manila/PH at the moment will be returning by October.

I play at V, Aria and does some online play and online coaching as well.

will definitely move to the Marketplace if neede still but have have a couple of friends already interested ....so thank you for the info again

Housing is an investment! Real estate and upcoming in LV... ever seeing that money again? how much? consult your Realtor/Broker.... probably considered an investment in my portfolio.
