Why do people who play poker feel the need to live with other poker players?

When I first moved to NY to work in finance, I didn't say, "roommate must work in finance!!"

In fact, I am pretty sure most people in most professions don't do that.

because you're around them all the time at the tables... reality is, some need to get a life. Try to get some outside interests.

poker is solved... make timely plays, make timely adjustments, put in the seat time... what more are you wanting to discuss really?

Talk poker with people who are GOOD, whether they live with you or not doesn't matter

Also remember to expand your non poker skills.

Learn about basic things like the difference between you're and your. That's MUCH more important than poker.

i regretted buying a condo at lasvegas country club as i feel one could get by simply by grinding all nite and sleeping at different hotel resort pools ,ceasers is a good one follow the shade sleep for 5 hours bath in pool and off you go.
