May I gently point out that death is not the only negative outcome of a child contracting Covid? May I also gently point out that whatever should have been done prior to now is irrelevant? Even if YOU, O Health Expert, say it was inadequate?
Also, if you lack the imagination to think of a scenario where a child might die or suffer serious consequences because he/she couldn't be immediately treated in an ICU, well...the judge
did spell that out for you.
