There are times we have to used code names because we don’t know their names. “Santa”, “Arizona State”, “Einstein”, “Mayweather”, “the hat”, “big head”. It doesn’t mean we’re anti any of these people/things. We used them as a point of reference.
thought of this thread/post/topic during my session Saturday Night. 'bad' reg says to me, have you seen Dave around lately? to which I responded with Asian Dave? He looked perplexed so I said, "banker Dave".. wasn't hitting home with this guy, so I raffled off.. "bad jokes Dave? Slow-Up-A-Game Dave? Germaphobe Dave?"
Dealer replies with.. "he has a ton of names doesn't he?"
anyone of these descriptions should have worked but the one that really stuck was the pointing of my finger as 'Dave' walked by to which I said.. "that Dave?"
bad reg noded and said yeah that guy.
nope haven't seen him
and for the record, I have nothing against bankers or bad joke tellers.
