no you don't, not for ketogenic diets. When you remove all the carbs, your pretty much only left with protein and fat anyway.

The first time he walks past Dirt Dog.

Someone said they give him free food.

'Willpower' is not exactly Trooper's middle name.

Then again, he probably wouldn't put that in his vlog..

I said in the Vlog though... I think he will give up after a few days but hide it from the Vlog for a while hence I am setting it at 10 days

Troopers diet is doomed to fail. Among other reasons, it will be nearly impossible for him to find no-carb meals on the strip every day. Unless you are willing to pay up for decent food, it simply is not possible. I don't see Tim eating healthy salads every meal, eating sashimi, or getting a sit-down meal of some sort of chicken/beef with steamed vegetables. Not even a knock on Tim; just nearly impossible to go carb-free, for cheap, when you eat most meals on the strip.

I wonder what the response would be if Trooper played those bust hands the same way?

Spoiler:
Nevermind, I know exactly what it would be

The best bet for Trooper is buffets.

He can load up on meats, salads, fruit, veggies.

That American Casino and LV Advisor coupon books, the ones he got the freeplay from, has dozens of 50% off buffet coupons.

When he is downtown playing at the Nugget, the Main Street Station has a very good, low-priced buffet, which is a steal at around $10 with your B Connected Card. It might be the best value buffet in all of Las Vegas, in terms of selection, quality, and low cost.

The Fremont has a low-priced buffet, too, but I found the quality to be much lower there than at Main Street Station..

Buffets would also be good because he could reduce to one giant buffet meal a day and fast between.

No ****ing way he does this diet for a month

remember when Trooper played 100hours of poker over 2 weeks. He acted that that was a monumental achievement for him.

Problem is, if he says he did it, no one will believe him.

The excuse for breaking the diet is key.

Maybe important business meeting where eating a ****load of donuts/poptarts(people in their 40s order poptarts in bulk online?) is critical to signing a new deal.

Or he met a new girl and she only eats at Shake Shack.

trooper took vlflogging to the next level with his style that neeme and bosky followed with views of vegas (then they use drones now) and little bit poker content in 10 min you tubes.

because now a few ppl doing them - with jaman, kraut, czchcharles, nee me, bosik etc the bar is a lot higher now for what is essentially free content online.

if you don't like any of the free content you're watching - don't watch it!

don't come trolling the trooper and others for the sake of it, seems like lots basement dwellers and jealous ppl come here to whine about how TROOPER gets his fit BIRD and drives round his newish CAR to his nicest APARTMENT he's had in Vegas.

so he's got what he needs as far as i can see, maybe he's not a $25/50 reg doing hh's of $10k pots, he seems happy and hope he carries on doing the vlogs. to the ppl going on about bull**** - don't watch then, simples

So we cant critique:

Politicians
Celebrities
Athletes
Corporations

Or other entity that puts its itself out there to attempt to prosper via public funds???

If you are smitten with Trooper express that. This is a safe place. Mostly no judging. Las Vegas Poker Player Vlogs

This thread was made to discuss Poker vloggers. So yeah, we'll continue discussing poker vloggers in this thread.

You've got it backwards. If vloggers dont want their lives discussed in a public forum, dont make vlogs.

Too much protein will kick you out of ketosis. I'm sure someone told him about myfitnesspal app? Dem macros.

This is a huge hurdle for a coffee drinker. He will become irritable and agitated and lash out at the OMC's

Order sugar-free french vanilla and use Splenda instead of sugar. Easy game.

Headaches, fatigue, constipation, short-tempered, and hungry.

An even larger losing streak than usual and calling security on little old ladies that upset him.

Pokerkraut quit the weight loss challenge that he made with his wife right after the Germany trip. He didn't last 2 weeks. Trooper probably lasts as long.

Having said that, Trooper does not really need to go extreme on his diet. Just do the current routines differently.

Just replace the sugar with Splenda. Order burgers but no fries. Pizza (once a week on Thursdays is fine) and Dirt Dog (once every 2 weeks) replaced by more Earl of Sandwich and Pollo Loco chicken or bowl (no burrito). Chicken breast sandwich and salad from Starbucks. Chipotle bowl. Roberto's carne asada burrito.

Walk 30% faster on the Strip. Replace the escalator 100% with stairs. Ditch the parking lot elevators 50% of the time or more, and just take the stairs.

He is already regularly doing all of the above. He just needs to make tiny changes. Then add a full body weightlifting circuit thrice per week. He lives near an EOS gym, the one on Durango near Skinny Fats right behind a Starbucks. Or he can just do it in his apartment gym. Machine bench press, pull down, leg press, military press, shoulder shrugs -- that's it. He can do crunches in his bed and calf raises on the curb each time he enters his car.

Interesting. PokerKraut has previously said that he himself is 5'11", and Trooper looked to be at least a couple of inches shorter than PK in the videos where they appeared together. Have you had any takers on your bet?

Agree, overall. I don't know about a 45 year-old's recovery ability being able to handle 3 full-body weight workouts a week though. Probably more like 2.

I think you’re oversimplifying the situation. I have a regime of working out and eating habits to keep me in shape. It’s a pain in the butt. You really have to put in efforts every day and have the discipline to do it week in week out. It’s one thing to “man up” and do it for a week. It’s another thing to train your mind and make it into your normal behavior to make part of your lifestyle. I mean you can’t have excuses if
1. You don’t feel like it
2. You woke up late
3. You have something come up
4. You are tired from the previous workout
5. You don’t have time
6. You’re stressed out

Yeah, 2 per week would be better...and emphasize multi joint moves only. No triceps pull downs or even curls.

Machine bench press (works the chest, deltoids, and triceps)

Lats pull down (palm facing face close grip - to simultaneously work the bicep in addition to the lats and upper back)

Dumbell shoulder shrugs

Leg press 1 (feet on upper part of the platform to emphasize the behind of the quads)

Leg press 2 (done immediately after the above without even getting up - feet on lower part of the platform to emphasize quads)

Both of the above leg presses also work the butt and lower back.

That's it! Five moves twice a week. Won't even require much motivation. One set to failure (with weights that would create failure within the 8th and 12th rep) each....no rest in between sets. This would take less than 10 minutes total. Much less.

Crunches in bed/sofa. Calf raises on the curb right before entering the car.
