I agree. I think we all agree deep down, even RK.

Troopers vlogs are super boring. If I wanted to watch a Vegas "lifestyle" vlog I'm sure there must be some frat type guy doing it that will at least have hot chicks in it and some kind of debauchery. Strange that trooper is even discuss anymore, seems like he should be irrelevant on a poker forum.

May sound dumb but dnegs is just way over produced. Dudes got a full time team doing it and that sad music after every bust is super tilting but at least he discusses hands and is fun troll.

Boski should get way more love. Authentic guy that talks out his thinking really well just kind of depressing at the constant losses. A must watch for anyone that thinks they can be a tournament pro. Can't wait for him to bink one. This guy is a grinder

I'd have to disagree. Yes Andrew will still be at the top. That is unless he moves on to bigger and better things. My guess is, though, Neeme would still keep his vlog around in some form or fashion. I really expect something bigger to happen for Neeme in the not too distant future.

Trooper, on the other hand, depends all on the fact can you continue putting out the same video every day and continue to have people watch it, let alone grow viewership. Personally, I think Trooper will either revamp the vlog to some extent or will eventually drop off the Vegas poker vlog map. How likely either of those things are is anyones guess, but I'd probably lean towards the latter. Alienating himself from the entire Vegas poker scene isnt helping him any.

Boski will also remain. He's branching out into other things like commentating which personally I think he'd be good at as I think he has a somewhat unique perspective on poker. Also, how can you not enjoy the humor ie stinky frenchman, why not to say good luck at the table "rant",etc. I have started calling them Boski-isms. There is probably a book idea in that somewhere....

Dnegs....I could personally care less about his vlog so I cant say one way or the other but obviously if he falls off the vlog map it will be because he has lost interest in it, not due to popularity obviously.

Doug has mentioned in one of his vlogs recently he is going to attempt to start vlogging on other subject matter at some point, so I think he has bigger plans for himself than just a poker vlog. I'll be interested to see what comes of all that.

And of course there will always be a spot for Poker Kraut as his blog is unique in the fact that he has a cast of people surrounding him every few vlogs to keep things interesting.

I assume Dnegs will stop vlogging as soon as the WSOP ends. He is using a production company to make them as part of a promotion. I enjoyed them though, despite how overproduced they are.

The stats keep getting worse. Net new subs over last 30 days is now down to 27! Today alone, he lost 11 subs already.

Is he losing subs because he is deleting everyone's comments? I'd unsub if my comments got deleted and I got blocked.

How bad do his subs have to get for him to decide to retool the vlog? Or is he going down with the ship in his typical stubborn way?

100%

The thread will be around but no where close to the traffic it gets now. I will move over to YouTube comments and Twitter to interact with the likes of Neeme and Kraut because they don't delete comments that they don't like and they actually interact with their fans in the comments section and answer questions instead of posting "Thanks " 25 times to only positive comments without actually adding anything to the conversation.

Trooper: "I don't pay attention to YouTube haters or trolls."

Proceeds to delete all comments he doesn't like on his videos...

i think he thinks the reason hes losing viewers is because of the negative comments. he doesn't realize hes going to lose even more viewers if he keeps censoring the comments, they are easily the most entertaining part of his videos.

He's losing viewers because his vlog is boring af.

I haven't even watched a full episode in a month.

Also big lolz at his 6th Excalibur session during the WSOP. Wtf is he doing.

Never watched it but Limitless had a vlog channel which covered that. Not sure how often he updates it these days.

I just watched the 4 newest videos that are up (missed any that were taken down), and I guess I slept through the part where he ripped casa del trooper. However, I will say that I think it's pretty pathetic that a grown 44 year old man doesn't have the financial ability to own his own house (or car for that matter). It's doubly bad when you consider that during a huge portion of his adult life just about anyone could qualify for a fat home loan.

He still has about 3 times the number of subs he had a year ago, and a much higher number of views. Also, a year ago he was just starting the Patreon account and wasn't selling shirts, etc. So he probably thinks he is a huge success right now, even if he loses a few thousand subs (which won't happen).

His biggest problem right now is rent being much higher.

Right now, it's the only room Trooper thinks he has a shot at a winning session.

And I'm serious.

That and he's not gonna run into WSOP players at the Excalibur , asking him annoying questions like "how come you haven't played any events?"

That, and no other Vegas Vloggers go to the Excalibur

The Excalibur is Trooper's "Safe Space"

Can't say I blame Trooper for hiding, it's easier than dealing with reality.

Harder to pack up and move in the middle of the night when you own the home

It's easy to ignore and then delete comments and questions on YouTube but when those comments are coming from a real person, what does he do? Walk away silently? Yell out "shut up!", "delete!", or "troll!"?

I am doing a Little One Drop Challenge for my new Vlog EP, selling action ($1111 One Drop on Tues) to as many random as possible at Rio. This way we can all have a sweat and gain new viewers!

Yesterday I sold 23% in 4 hours of talking with people face to face, I am heading down from 1pm and aim to sell the rest by 5pm.

If you see someone walking around with a glass jar full of cash, thats me and come say hi!

Aren't houses/apartments in vegas really cheap? I heard you can buy an apartment for around $60-80,000- surely even a min wage job you could make the repayments and would be much lower than the rent seems like a no brainer as long term would reduce his monthly outgoings massively. Even if he cant get a mortgage due to no fixed income surely he could just get a dealer job for a few months then quit once mortgage all set up

I'd probably need one too if I publicly broadcast my life to thousands of others and was unable to effectively deal with a constant stream of criticism.

Though to be fair, playing at a casino where you might actually have a positive winrate /= not dealing with reality. In fact, I'd say it's quite the opposite.
