Which vlogger you talking about? Also, does the gender of the groupie matter? If it doesn't, I think odds are much higher.

I suppose I could have compared it to Smoke in Dallas. Sides at Smoke are $4.95. Dishes are more expensive than Jack Stack though and the food is outstanding.

I'm no BBQ expert, but chicken is the last thing I'd order at a BBQ restaurant given you can get that anywhere. I'm confident that Trooper just ordered it because it was the cheapest item on the menu, not because he wanted chicken.
He ordered burnt ends, which is one of the best things KC BBQ has to offer.

There's dozens of awesome cities in the US that also have poker.

On a side note, all of the people who are saying that poker is dying don't realize that as more and more casinos offer poker in states across the US, less and less people play poker in concentrated places like Vegas or Atlantic City. I'm sure that if you combine all of the people playing poker on a Fri or Sat night in the US today, it will be healthily comparable to numbers from a few years ago.
If online poker continues to be less accessible it will add to the effect your mentioning. And even though sites like 2+2, RCP, etc. are readily available for free and training sites for a cost, the average joe still isn't going to use them.

I sit with at least two or three people a week who clearly still don't fully understand even the basic rules of the game, and the room I play in has been around for years.

Notice how much friendlier people are to Pokermonk/Andrew/Boski/etc. here compared to some other vlogger that just complains about people here, creates fake accounts to argue with people here and then accuses others of trolling and being two-faced. Maybe it's not just a place with haters and trolls after all.

At first I thought it was Tedibear/FredEx/Trooper97fan and then I remember him mentioning Steve way back when at the Aria all night conversation session. I was definitely thinking it was you until you denied it to PliktyPlak.

I know both of you have met Troop and been friendly with him

You schmoozed him at Aria
And
FredEx shook his hand at MGM and followed him around like a puppy dog when he first moved to Vegas

You guys are not so nice in here lately.

Fredex even wanted to be his bodyguard and now he p0sts "No Troooper Zone" signs all over Vegas Starbux on his Nightcrawler vlog

The softest games I've ever played in was in Wichita Kansas. Most awful players ever.

FredEx did that? I thought those signs were made by another vlogger.

SteveO, I think you need to delve further into the psychology of 12-year olds (maybe your own?). It was apparent from the beginning of this 2nd thread that all the haters were racing to embrace any new vlogger that came along in order to "hurt" Trooper. I suppose they hoped Trooper would get buried in an avalanche of vloggers and disappear into the woodwork. lol, I know. But it was so obvious it was palpable.

He called that person a friend. Definitely not me. That night was the only time I ever spoke to him.

I also never told him I loved the videos. I don't go up to poker vloggers/celebrities like that and just prefer to leave them alone.

I actually rarely see him in poker rooms. He prefers different rooms that I rarely/never play in.

If I had to guess, SteveO feels scorned having not received the requisite attention from Trooper in his IRL meeting. The result is what you see getting posted here.

SteveO got his inspiration from Glenn Close.

This seems like a rather paranoid viewpoint. You're probably pretty much coming off the same as the haters, albeit at the other end of the scale.

You seem a bit fixated on Steve. Maybe you should follow the same advice you offered up to him a few weeks back

Why not give some of the other vloggers credit for making good videos?

I hope you actually aren't Trooper because if you are that would be pretty sad. If you're not Trooper then I find it strange that you would get so angry when he gets criticized.

SOBO try to keep up.

10 posts to Steve is fixation?

I spend about 1/100th of the time Steve does on things-Trooper.

I have taken several stretches away from this thread for a month or so at a time.

Anything else SOBO?

Does the fact that you are insinuating I am Trooper mean I nailed it about your real-life meeting with him?

Steve, did you come away from that real-life meeting a little disillusioned and disappointed?

Lulz, listen slick. Say what you will about Steve, at least he stays ON TOPIC. Obsessive? Maybe. Fixated? Quite possibly. But, he is discussing the actual Vloggers themselves (a radical idea, I know). Perhaps you'd better enjoy a sub-thread where posters can discuss other posters discussing the Vlogs. That'd be exciting
