Don't just take a week off... take 3 or 4. And not just from posting, but from reading this thread, reading his Youtube comments, reading his Twitter feed, his Facebook comments and whatever other crap is available that is Trooper related.
I have a sneaking suspicion you will feel much better at the end of the 3-4 weeks.
A truer statement you will not find in this thread. Moreover, this advice likely pertains to a decent % of his viewers. Dude's toxic.
Why not give the thread an opportunity to discover and discuss good vlogs for a change?
This guy isn't new at vlogging, but I had never seen one before, this is his latest from earlier this week including a very interesting and big hand with hero holding AA, but perhaps not big in the way you usually think of it. 3-5 spread limit at Talking Stick.
One more guy with a first vlog.
It might end up being his last. Most of the comments sound like they come from the professional vlog critics itt and it has 300 views, 3 thumbs down and none up. The production quality is very first-attempt-ish, we stare at his face the entire time, no cards shown, no graphics. HH are all old school verbal, bring your own imagination for table layout. He is playing in a social club in St. Louis that sends folks to WSOP each year at the end of a playing season. Main reason I posted this one was because its the same format a group I used to be part of in El Paso was structured. All that said, I certainly don't want to oversell this vlog, but certainly this thread needs a few more discussion points so I'm trying.
I think I have mentioned this guy before, but seems like maybe he changed the name of his channel? Canadian, 1-3, cash games, does HH with at least a different looking computer simulation.
A new person for me, on vlog #20 -- a student crunching $0.50/$0.50 NLH game, 60bb cap. He won 33bb in the game. HH with graphics.
Vlog #4 from this week, films at the table, small MTT (27 players) mixed with skeet shooting and a few creative cinematography tricks.
I feel like I've seen this guy somewhere, he took calls and laid out graphics discussing HH.
Just kidding on that last one -- just seeing if y'all were paying attention.
And just to wrap things up on a Vegas Lifestyles note ... here is just an average Joe Vegas citizen who is doing a vlog of his lifestyle. He is a poker dealer, its a lifestyle vlog.
Anyway -- hopefully you may enjoy one or more of these content creators that are out there (or the other dozen or so I've noted and linked to previously). There is no penalty for talking about these other creators, just sayin'

Nice work Davis. Much appreciated breath of fresh air!

Ditto, kudos DavisM98 for introducing all these new vlogs and especially giving the thread a needed diversion from the incessant trooper bitching and moaning
It's certainly PK's right to give Trooper a walk on this bet. But it doesn't change a thing. The ""fans" are not mad at trooper because they are worried PK didn't collect his prize. They are mad at him because he lied to all of us.
Not only the lying, but i watched the "Live stream poker and what not" and he's giving people crap for no reason the dude not only has NPD but he definitely has ADHD and ADD he has no manners what so ever!!
Somebody need to teach Trooper that he is playing at a level now that when a player gets caught bluffing, they are usually hyper aware of their image and will take advantage of that next time around.
I walked by the same bum as Trooper97 last night. Trooper must have a lot more lovable face or be less intimidating because the dude didn't say anything to me. Hell maybe our hero set him straight? I was fully prepared to not acknowledge his request but it didn't come to that.
I still dont understand Trooper's decision to even play on Tuesday night. Its not like he was on a deadline - self imposed or otherwise. I'm only at Bellagio 2x a year and I know no one in that game - but it took 5 seconds of looking at the table to see the game would have been terrible for him. FWIW the 2/5 games were terrible Tuesday night as well.
But in that case why not just say hey, I was going to take my shot but the game was awful, played 2/5 instead. I think if anything he'd have more people agreeing with his decision making. If I didnt know any better I'd say he just rushed into it to "get it over with" - and now he's back to 2/5.

For the same reason he doenst accept coaching or post HH's for people to critique - hubris. I am 100% certain he thought he could go in and beat 5/10 right out the gate. In fact I wouldnt be surprised if he thought 5/10 was more beatable than 1/3 because "people take it seriously, less fish, i can make better reads" etc.
He sold his vending business to play poker. Some you may not like but I think he has really interesting quirky personality like Troop when he first started.
The kid seems pretty good poker player and a real free spirit
Trooper's lastest vlog (16 min) had one hand analysis and a crap load of trooper walking around.
Can't see his vlog getting much worse than this master piece.
Good thing you have the option to not watch, instead you watch every second. You even complain about episodes 20 minutes after he uploads them. I have a feeling you use thetrooper97 vlog as your search engine instead of google.

Glad Viggo's back. He's an interesting guy. Looks like he's planning on biking to New Orleans or California and will stop at casino's on the way.
Interesting how that works, they close the store but leave the online site open so they can keep accepting money for purchases that can't be fulfilled lol
So Andrew was back in Detroit... and played at my local casino. To bad I wasn't able to play with him. Didn't notice if he was there last two nights when I was there.
