Yeah exactly. Why would he buy a set of proper luggage or at least some decent bags when he can get as many free plastic bags as he needs from any number of stores.

With the amount of times he's lugging his stuff around to and from hotels and Airbnbs you would think he would want to make the whole process a little easier on himself.

If anyone asks him a sensible question like that in the comments he deletes it and bans them.

So, as much as a tightwad Rice is, we're to believe at some point he bought 50-100k in stocks (before he had a smartphone), while never making more than 25k a year at 1/2, 1/3?

Yes. It was a standard Tuesday in March of 2005. He went to Dollar Tree and spent $2 on ramen and $1 on blue gatorade. Then rushed back to his $13/night room at Harrahs and opened his laptop to jam his $92,400 order for max shares of blockbuster.com. The rest was history.

Rice trying to justify why he only plays 1-2 and not 2-5 , i don't like his reasoning but i also fell for that trap regarding his expenses. i was making enough to cover my nut at 20/40 triple stud and never bothered really learning NL until that game broke or rappers started playing NL .

he is right on vegas 1-3 now plays bigger with uncapped/bigger buy ins.

the problem is how long does he want to live where he has to stay up 48 hours because he doesn't wanna pay for a room.
