Did Diesel even fill out an application or contact Caesar’s to set up an audition? He sets up that video as if he is turning down an offered contract like he’s some sort of professional athlete.

He thinks he’d be a great dealer because he has caught a few mistakes or helped a dealer fix a mistake but that’s not actually dealing. I assume based on his school experiences, lack of poker studying and playing hours, that he would never get a job as dealer and if he did, he would be too lazy to work 2 double shifts, let alone 6 straight weeks of doubles. Lol this one is kind of sad because he’s only fooling himself.

Instead of talking about not dealing and planning trips away from Vegas for WSOP, he should be trying to date one of these younger women that are brave enough to play at the Westgate, one of them says she just moved to Vegas, like Diesel that’s your best shot of not dying alone in a double queen room at the flamingo, make a move! Compared to the other players at Westgate, diesel is like the Garrett Adelstein of the room, including all the annoying questions he asks.

How did Trooper land Lady Trooper? The social proof thing is real, because I'm wondering if I have him sized up all wrong. Pretty confused rn.

Thanks for catching the Trooper mistakes, it was from a couple days ago i just got around to doing it, been busy.

The funny thing is about el diesels thing is, hed never be able to handle a workload like that, hes a guy who pretends to be a super grinder when he plays 2k hours a year ONCE before last year, so now twice, but when he was doing all his talking about being a super grinder, he had 1 year of over 2k hours, which isnt that much for someone playing for a living. Hes also failed to put in the time necessary to be as successful as he planned to be, a great example is his vlog about how much hed make in a year, he projected making 48k i think, so i assume that means he meant to play almost 3k hours considering he isnt trying to get better. Hed make more money dealing the wsop for 6 weeks than he will in the rest of the year of him playing poker, i think thats probably true even without super grinding it, if he super grinded the 6 weeks and did as many hours as he could he would definitely make more from that than he would playing poker the rest of the year

Trooper now +10 for the year, including the tournament, if hes freerolling it he would be +660 plus a chopped one so prob like 150ish more, if he isnt freerolling them hes + 390 including the chopped one for im assuming 150

A man of his poker talents and law school experience does not fill out an application to work for Caesars. Caesars provides him with a free room a transportation and allows him to deal the cash games with the best tippers 16 hours a day.

Looks like I was overly optimistic, again.

It's interesting watching how losses affect Trooper. He tries to downplay it, but that makes it more obvious how much he's seething inside when he loses. It's obvious he is barely scraping by, and is likely saddled with debt. He can't possibly have a positive net worth, can he? And at 50 yo, this is a scary place to be in. He's selling $600 of the $1K buy-in for the WSOP mystery bounty event. I'm sorry, but if you cannot afford 100% of a $1K tournament, you probably shouldn't be playing.

Lol Borg and LDV, +1.

Do we know the max Diesel buys in at the table for? I have a funny feeling he never buys in for more than $300 anywhere. I can kind of understand leaving Vegas for WSOP in Diesel’s situation but he’s going to play at a small room with high rake, to only play tiny 2/3 $300 cap games. Why not go to gardens, Commerce, Hollywood Park, Hustler and play the $500 or 600 max buy games? Less effective rake, more game selection etc.

Aren't LA games low cap high rake and there's a much higher cost of living?

And actually I understand why he'd leave Vegas during wsop (well since he's too stubborn to deal and actually make money.) Yes there are a million games running but outside of him being able to skip the lines at Ballys (where it's brutal to play day after day) the lines are absolutely horrendous and I doubt the 1/3 games are any better then wherever else he's going.

Yup,can confirm the lines was absolutely brutal and undoable really last years WSOP. I was there the last 2 weeks of June, and the cashgamelines was totally unreal.

Aria,Bellagio and Wynn had 100+ lines for 1/3 and 2/5 basically everyday. 150 players deep everyday during the Collosusweek.Been to Vegas many times before also during the series, but never seen anything like last year. The result was that i maybe got in less than half of the volume i had planned during this trip, tilting as ****.

Rumor has it El Diesel/Rice/Poker Nomad will be staying with a friend in CA.
El Diesel has had little success at beating CA poker games.

Mandalay By was 8 handed the last time I was there. Tilting as f**k because it is just a rake grab by spreading more tables.

However, during "full", busy times, all tables will be running, so, it makes little sense to stay 8 handed. The tables are configured for 9 players. More customers playing cannot be a "bad" thing, certainly not for staff that gets tip income. Similarly, it seems intuitive that more hands will hit max rake dropped, enough to compensate for arguably slower, fewer hands per hour.

I was there for the fall 2021 WSOP. The 8-handed tables was definitely tilting with the waitlists.

If you missed out on the Trooper WSOP sale, you will be able to get some of this sweet Pman action he will be selling. Especially on the $500 employee event that he plans to late max reg with like 20bb's. LOL

Hey like he says, then he won't have to worry about studying 100bb play or worrying about dusting a bullet early and firing another bullet. Also he will be closer to the money that way!

Every year from now to infinity there will be hundreds of poker players who 11 months out of the year brag about how well rolled they are, how $1,000+ swings are no big deal, how many different revenue streams they have going, and how "IM NOWHERE CLOSE TO BROKE".

Yet when June comes around everyone has a package of the smallest stakes available.

The math doesn't math.

Nothing says "I'm never ever ever going to be a poker pro" better than max late regging a casino employees event.

OK I just want to check in and see if I got this correct:

degenerate gambler who recently relapsed and lied by omission wants to gamble on other peoples dime in the max gamble way by late regging all the tourneys

Word has it that Pman's #1 fan, All-inMcLovin, will be buying most, if not all of Pman's action.

Good for trooper for not charging mark up, his style isnt exactly conducive to doing very well in a bounty tournament that is for sure.
