I've only been to TheTroopers game once, but Westgate messed that one up too. There were only 3 dealers and they sat a fourth table (which I was at) and we had to wait over an hour for a dealer to show up.
There were 19 people on the list with two empty tables that they never bothered to use. They also ran out of $5 chips and made a bunch of us use $25/$100 chips for 1/2 NL. During this, instead of dropping one's into the drop, the dealer kept putting 5's in there, reducing the already low 5's on the table.
It turned to **** when the number of 5's dropped and people would throw out a $100 chip and say bet $20. Then they'd have to make change, except occasionally no one had enough 5's to make change and it would just slow the whole game down to nothing as they were trying to figure out how to make it work.
My friend was playing PL Omaha there on Saturday and none of the dealers ever knew how much was in the pot slowly doing the game. They also kept taking promo drop on the pots even though Omaha isn't eligible for the promo money.
Overall, it's a poorly run poker room.
