Sorry if this has been asked already. In Boski's vlogs, I appreciate the hand history visuals. Is that an app that is available to the public?

You are wrong Trooper, I am thinking why are you wearing a hoodie outside when its 112 degrees instead of putting it in your backpack or carrying it?

Then also wearing a hoodie inside your apartment.

I think you’re just a big fan that’s annoyed he isn’t winning more. You seemed excited when you posted this earlier ITT:

Thoughts?
You’re not the only fan of his that has been let down. So your frustration is normal.

He tries to portray an image of a smart, tough player but he really seems to be masking his insecurities when he does that. The vloggers who actually do win let their results and knowledge speak for themselves. They don’t feel the need to fake it. Another thing he does is he tries to act like he is the unluckiest guy ever.

Despite all his complaining, I think his results in poker are not unfair at all. Of course a player that doesn’t work on his game deserves to struggle. Being lazy and then getting upset and complaining when he loses looks silly; it’s like the student who complains that his grades are low after he put in very little effort and didn’t study.

In recent posts you complained about people being lazy with their jobs and I was surprised to read that knowing you are a fan of Trooper, who also is lazy.

Boski posts here from time to time so maybe he can chime in but it looks like something he does himself.

The manual nature of hand history graphics is why it takes so long to edit a nice poker vlog.

He tries so hard to make himself look like Mr. Knowledgeable Poker Player in his videos. He wouldn’t feel the need to put on this big act if he wasn’t so insecure about himself.

He tries to act like Mr. Tough Poker Player and Mr. Unlucky at the same time. He doesn’t want to admit (even to himself) that he is bad at poker and would rather be Mr. Unlucky instead of working on his game.

If you have an Iphone and some creativity, you too can be a poker vlogger!
I use the free iMovie app. For the hand histories, I use the video of darkness as the background and overlay myself using the picture in picture option. The text is just normal Iphone text and emojis. Cutting and duplicating the previous scene is the process to go over a given hand.

I will be doing a "How to not get OWNED at a Las Vegas Strip club" video on location soon. Let me know what you guys would like to see and have discussed.

I can see that vid goin viral esp with that title. Although I would change slightly to ‘How not to get

You should do trip/experience reviews of all that is to offer in vegas, even those dudes clicking those cards on the main strip and bridges to the ‘free’ limo rides to destinations

On another note, Troopers labels on his hat suit him. Big and abbrasive. I wish he would just tone the font down a little. The impact is in the actual words, not massive and yelling like an idiot

I think I can disagree with at least this. Whether fairly or not I have a lot invested as a Penguins fan via time, money and emotion. Over 40 years following the team as a die hard fan qualifies me to say yes, MAF has affected my life.

Now, that's because I choose to allow him to as a lifelong fan of the team I love. Again, my choice.

You all have much less invested in Trooper's vlog, but again, you choose to make that investment of time to watch. So again, if it's my fault Fleury gets to me, I agree, but you have to say the same about Trooper haters, then.

Why does he talk to his viewers this way? He sure seems pretty angry so I’m guessing he lost (but we’ll see).

Nope. Only the one who single handedly puts out a ****ing video for you to watch EVERY damn day. I work myself to being tired. Every. Damn. Day.

Who cares? I told them it would be in the vlog, and it is. Maybe think about context before you get so "pissed off". You'll live longer

Steve you’re a Vegas local who plays the 1/3-2/5 regularly, am I correct?

What’s the game traffic and buzz around town this year for WSOP? I know there is the surge of traffic around the main event but it seems like a light year for trip reports and excitement

I was thinking about this the other day. Just by casual observation it looks like most of the people who were 15-25 in 2003 who really fueled the 2006-2013 boom have moved on from the game. Many who were successful took their winnings and invested in other ventures in life, many busted out or got bored losing and moved on to other trends and interest.

Someone mentioned the other day here that they were sad that Doug Polk has essentially moved on to other interest. Honestly, though, if you have talent and abilities to try other things why would you put your profits back into poker playing unless you were truly in love with or addicted to the game? The bubble burst long ago so it’s been time for the sharks to move on to other ventures for the bulk of their time.

That’s not to say there’s no money to be made playing live poker but there’s far easier money to be made in other areas. Doug is hot in the crypto-scam as are many others (that’s just a tongue in cheek statement). Personally I think various types of real estate are good to get into for the next few years.

One thing I noticed is there are way more PLO games this year than in the past. Last weekend there were more PLO games running at Aria than NLH. They even had three tables of 25/50.

Trooper reminds me of many of the donk regs I know from 1/2. They think about poker in a similar manner.
