I'd be honest with yourself. If you are just playing a game you know you dont have an advantage just to "kill time" and can't stop yourself from doing it, you might want to look into some solutions. Why not bring a book? If you can't find some solution to prevent yourself from hitting the blackjack table no matter what you try, you might want to look into seeking professional help if you are serious about stopping.
I don't know your situation or how serious of a problem this is with you, but I'd just be honest with yourself and find a solution that works for you. If you want to stop and can't, that sounds like it might be a problem.
