Going to be watching UFC 86 at Barleys Casino & Brewing Company with a few other 2+2ers. Barleys is located at 4500 E Sunset Rd, Henderson about 15 minutes southwest of the strip. The pay-per view starts at 7:00. We'll probably be there around 6:00ish. *Edit* Barleys also has a sports book for all you sharps and squares (me).

There's a chance I might be willing to drive down to the strip and pick up to four people up (size permitting), so send me a pm if you need a ride. Afterwards BJ Penn, Uriah Faber, and Arianny Celeste are hosting an after party at Tao Nightclub that I'm interested in going to.

Going to dinner at Nobu at the Hardrock with another 2+2er at ~7:00. If you're interested in attending let me know as soon as you can so I can adjust the reservation accordingly. It's business casual, so no open toed footwear, short sleeves, ect. Afterwards maybe we can take over a craps table, play some crazy mixed poker, or walk over to Body English.

Does that bar charge to get in and watch the UFC?

What does it mean that those guys "host" the after-party? Just that they show up? Do you need to be somebody and get invited to get in, or just show up with the cover?

Barleys doesn't charge a cover for any of the UFC events.

As hosts at the Tao after party they pretty much just show up, hang out, and say some random stuff periodically throughout the night. At least to the best of my limited knowledge. All you need is enough money for the cover charge, and for however much you want to drink obviously. If enough people are interested we could get bottle service and most likely waive the cover charge.

We didn't show up until almost Main Event. My boy was at featured table of ME so I sweated him today.

Next time we're out there we're gonna have to hit a club/strip club or something. We spent waaayyyy too much time in the poker rooms this trip.

Between sessions at the Venetian I was able to witness firsthand what Tao had to offer. Went to the Mirage Sunday and saw some nice ones in line for Jet too. We're looking at being back Labor Day weekend. We had a cousins wedding to go to (here in L.A.) that weekend but it may be getting pushed back so if it does we'll see. Would be fun to hang again.

I was looking at that, but we wended up going with the Omakase Chef's choice. It was a 7 course dinner featuring 3 cold courses, 3 hot courses, a sushi course, and two bonus desert courses. Probably one of the beast meals I've had. Some notable dishes would include a salmon caviar, torro salad, and medium rare kobe beef with foie gois on top of a butternut squash.

The black cod is amazing. One of the best dishes I've had.

Yes the Omakase Chef's choice was the nutz. Torro Salad & Foie Gois/Kobe Beef dish was stellar. Also sashimi w/jalapeno was just perfect. Desert included a fruit salad w/vodka sauce that was so refreshing. Thanks to Johnbeans for picking out a wine that I don't remember but went well with everything. I noticed at least 3 tables ordered what I suppose is the Black Cod and I wish I had the chance to try it. Next year I spose.
