I've got a IWC watch that needs repair/service. Since I don't live near any watchmaker that handle IWC, I was considering getting it fixed on my next trip to Vegas.

There is quite a few IWC retail stores around Vegas, however I hardly can find info if any also do repair/service on IWC watches... Anyone know this? Anyone with specific recommendations?

Why not use their authorized service centers listed on the website?

Next time just go to the IWC site and look up the servicecenters...

If it needs to be serviced they're just going to send it to IWC anyway...so it doesn't matter if you go to a place in Vegas or anywhere else as long as they're authorized.

They have a couple "service centers" in the US where they fix problems and do the routine check ups you are supposed to do every 5 (?) years. The latter one is $600+ for a Portugieser, so I'd definitely bring the watch to an authorized dealer who sends it in for you. That way, you at least save shipping/insurance costs.

Or take the trip to Schaffhausen. They are very accommodating to offer factory tours to customers and also have a pretty cool museum.
