If you had a chance to stay in a hotel for 4 nights, which Hotel would you pick out of this list.

Wynn, MgM Grand, Caesars, Bellagio, Mirage, Luxor, Trump International?

I will be playing $10-$20 LHE with a friend that will be playing $10-$20 Mixed games.

Take MGM, Luxor and Mirage off your list unless cost is a major consideration (which would make it caesars vs Mirage for me).....

Trump I have no idea how nice the rooms are, but as for the rest I'd rank them:

Wynn
Bellagio (pretty much a tie with Wynn)
Palazzo/Venetian
Caesars (Definitely a notch below the others though still very nice and I like the location).

I agree with your #1. After that I would go:
Venetian
Caesars
Bellagio/Palazzo (although I'd rather stay at Mirage than either of these)
