From my perspective balance is the key.
If you're eating a lot of grease, beef, cheese, etc. and little fiber... and don't stay hydrated (water, not just booze)... then you'll be taking some mean ****s.

As a tourney player, with many events starting at 11 and not bagging until AM, it's more of a challenge to get two decent "meals" in a day. On top of that, it seems like I end up walking at least a couple miles each day without even trying.

Essentially live by these codes:
1. PROCESSED sugar is the devil and Satan combined.
2. Fat is not as bad as you think - it was actually a red herring by the sugar industry to deflect from them being the devil.
3. Fake sugar is even a bigger S**T than you can ever imagine. Our bodies don't know what to do with so it's stored. Evolutionary explanation. And explanation for fat diet soda drinkers.
4. The sugar in fruit does not get processed by the body the same as processed sugar. Again the simple explanation is evolutionary. Still eating buckets is not recommended - much like eating buckets of anything is a bad idea. Ever had buckets of broccoli - I have - good luck not having everyone avoid you on the subway/at work/ at home.
5. 99% of fruit juice has sugar added. Avoid it. If the label says no sugar added check for preservatives. Our body does not know what preservatives are so again they are stored - same place the excess sugar is stored.
