Encore - Room suggestions

Heard that lower floors get the bang bang of the club music till late.
Of course would prefer South facing strip view on the higher floors, but anyone know if I should be asking for Higher room #'s, Lower, Odd, Even etc.

The suite side of the Encore is better. The lower floors are also in a T Mobile dead zone.

Ask for south facing, panoramic rooms. Be prepared to pay for the upgrade ($20 or otherwise). Don't know about the club noise thing, and I'd want something high up anyway for the better view.
Little story:
I had one of those rooms the night they did the lights out thing on the strip for an hour. I was looking forward to seeing how the strip looked with no lights from my room. Then I totally forgot about the whole event and spent the entire time inside the Venetian poker room. Yeah, I'm dumb.
