In previous years before this law was enacted, did the WSOP screen dealers for Marijuana/THC? According to this the only people exempt are firefighters and driving jobs, meaning any other job is able to have THC in their FREE TIME, the article specifies employers may still randomly drug test if they think you are showing up smoking before work, which is completely fine. I guess no one would know unless they have applied for a job since the law went into effect, or unless they have some inside info.
