Do they mind if I make a few comp room bookings from week to week at different hotels? Or should I wait until I check out before booking the next?

I just got my 10x bonus. Apparently even for the ~20 hours I played $2/$3 NL poker.

I am glad to get the bonus for poker, but I wish I would have known beforehand and I would have played a lot more poker rather than losing a bunch mashing buttons.

I think there is a limit on how many reservations you can have at one time, but by all means, book them as you see them. You can cancel without penalty if you do so before a couple days of your arrival if needed.

Usually my player rating is in the dirt, so whenever it bumps up enough to book free rooms in Vegas I always book the maximum it will allow. Then, once I've checked out of the first reservation, I immediately book a new one before my player rating goes back down and they stop giving me free rooms.

An example: in late 2021 I put in play on wife's card to push it up to Diamond Plus. Eight cocktails is better than four, after all. Her card hadn't been used in Vegas for some time, so the push inflated her rating enough to get decent rooms and suites out here.
I booked: Valentine's Day weekend, which turned out to be Super Bowl weekend that year. Her birthday, which coincides with Fourth of July. Our Anniversary in October.
As soon as we checked out from Valentine's, I booked my 50th birthday in September, and as soon as the Fourth of July was checked out I booked Thanksgiving, in case we had family coming in from out of town.

Most of these were five night reservations, and the first ones booked were petite suites at Caesars in the Augustus or Palace Towers.

The moral here: Book early and often, there's no drawback to having multiple reservations.

By the way, all these staycations where we drink and party but don't gamble is why my player rating is always in the dirt. Even when I was seven stars I could barely ever get free rooms in Vegas.

On a side note, I'm slightly confused with the tier credits I just got. I was expecting 36000 from the multiplier, and 10000 from the daily bonus. Yesterday I had 40000 show up in my account, so not sure what to make of that.

I'm hoping it will sort itself out over the next week.

I'd guess 40k is from the multiplier and your daily bonus is enroute.
