FWIW, my status hasn't changed to Diamond yet and I submitted the match on Saturday, 2/1. The confirmation I received said it could take up to 7 business days.

Also submitted mine on 2/1 and still waiting. Will post when it gets confirmed.

I got matched back to Diamond today after submitting on 2/1 via Wyndham.
Says I'm diamond til jan 31 2021. Went down to the Rio to try to get my monthly show tickets and they said I'm gold. App say diamond. Website says diamond. If I put my card in a machine at the Rio it says I'm diamond. But apparently the rewards desk doesn't see that. I didn't have time to stick around and raise a stink so I've sent an email to Rewards support to see what they say. And I'll check back in at the rewards desk when I have more time.

Must be a mistake, if you were Diamond last year, your downgrade should be to Platinum not Gold.

If you are diamond for all of 2020, you get platinum for 2021 automatically without even earning 5k tcs?

I don't believe that's the case. I think I was appropriately moved from Diamond to gold, just not sure what the deal is with the rewards desk being unable to see that I am now back to diamond.

Update to this, went back around 6pm. Saw one of the new the machine that you put your license in and it prints you a new total rewards card. Figured that would be a good test, put in my license and it printed out a diamond card lol. Went up to the line at the rewards desk again. I told the person what happened earlier as she was swiping me in, and still initially the first page it took her to said I was gold. She said "hang on theres two places to check it" and she checked the other one and whatever this "other page" is had me properly at diamond. She said the system has been having some weird problems the last few days. But anyway she printed out my 2 free show tickets and I went and grabbed a couple tickets for Matt Franco.

Asked her if she could see the Diamond 100$ Dinner on there. She said not yet but that usually takes like a week after being matched to Diamond. I'll probably check back at the desk next time I find myself at a Caesars joint.

Havent played any poker or gambled at all this year but somehow every time i log into my TR account my tiers just keep randomly going up lol. Not a ton but no clue how or where they are coming from but basically so far have 486 tiers that i have no clue where they came from. Also the tier total has changed 3 times in the last 4 days and just keeps gradually going up random tier amounts

FC upgrade to Diamond today, right on schedule. Can't wait to play this game (presumably with Eldorado) next year!

Did you contact anyone at FC? I'm still showing Gold. My FC reup went through today though, so maybe that's why. Why oh why couldn't I have discovered FC in March way back when instead of Feb. Every year I end up paying them before the sweat to see if the Caesars contract goes through is over.

So wait, when you said you "matched back to Diamond from Wyndham", was this your first time doing so, or did you match last year from Wyndham also and just use Caesars DIamond to match to Wyndham Diamond last month?

If thats the case, I'll be DIamond again too, and indefinitely if they dont change the rules on this.

Just keep using Caesars Diamond to match to Wyndham Diamond in January, and use Wyndham Diamond to match back to Caesars Diamond in February of every year.

Holy crap it did work. I just re-submitted two days ago and just now logged into my Caesars Rewards account and I went from Platinum back to Diamond and it says until January 31, 2021.

They dropped me from Diamond to Gold on 2/1, I put my Wyndham Diamond in for the match and got the same confirmation everyone else did. I am still listed as Gold.

Just wait. Jeez you people are impatient. The first 10 days or so of the new period are always messed up. I know it shouldn't be and CET should have their act together, but they don't and it's always like this every year. I'm still showing Gold and not Diamond from FC yet but I'm not freaking out. Give it time.
