Seriously, for the money, keep some in your room safe. I try not to keep it all on me at once, especially in the Vegas climate I've been reading about. If you don't have a safe, at least split it up in different pockets and don't pull it out all at once -- unless you are sitting at a 4/8 limit game

Friday not a good day for me, although I've got Cantlay 1 off the lead currently, which would pay $1250 for me off a $50 bet!

Hey Mack, how have the tournies been so far? Have you been registering like an hour before they start or have you had to register a day before? I've heard lines get long sometimes. Hope it's going well, I'll be flying in tomorrow afternoon.

I just got back from my LV trip yesterday. I played the $400 2-Day MonsterStack tournament earlier this week at The Venetian as well as the daily tournament at Aria. Didn't cash on either of them, but made enough playing $1/$3 at the Bellagio to cover all my buy-ins. Plus some blackjack winnings and it was a profitable trip.

I wanted to close the loop on the breakfast discussion in case anyone is searching later for breakfast places on the Las Vegas strip. As mentioned earlier in the thread, Hash House a Go Go in the Linq was fabulous. The pancakes there are the size of a large dinner plate and amazingly good!

A few other places I can recommend for breakfast if you're looking for a good quality traditional American (bacon, eggs, and pancakes) breakfast with table service:

Cafe Hollywood (Planet Hollywood)
The Pantry (Mirage)
Grand Lux Cafe (Venetian)

I also had breakfast at Margaritaville at The Flamingo. It was okay, but not great.

Some of the shows have reopened now. I saw David Copperfield at the MGM Grand. It was a lot of fun, and I somehow ended up on stage helping him with one of his illusions. Made for a memorable trip!

A little update: just checked in at harrahs at 4pm, up $600 from roulette as i always play a few numbers per tradition. First drink is a barrel aged bourbon. Put in a few random spewy NFL bets. Going to hit up some poker soon! Follow me on @pokertravis on Instagram for a more detailed scoop!

Update:
Had a pub burger, was delish from Gordon’s Ramsay’s.
Small NLHE 1/3 cash up $247 at Caesars.
Playing the $150 small Caesars tourney got knocked out right after break, 16th out of 40.
Going to find some late night munchies and then sleep early for a full day of football!
