Applying for ITIN at Rio ??

Have any non-US citizens applied for these in person at the Rio yet this year (or any other Casinos in Vegas for that matter) ??
Just wondering what the process is, what documents you need, and if you can register for WSOP events straight after applying, or do you have to wait for some kind of documentation saying you have applied ?
Any info would be helpful, thanks !!
