ok someone has come up to me wanting coaching and they want a profit sharing deal, which I am fine with.

the problem is how do I define how much of a split to do?

how long does a profit sharing deal usually last?

for this example, say I am coaching them for 2 1hr sessions per week.

the student in question has not beaten any level over a large sample size.

I have a beat 10-25-50nl over decent samples sizes.

i think 2bb/100 over 120k hands b4 rakeback is pretty decent (2months ago).

and 15bb+ at 25nl over a large sample more then enough to coach people playing 10nl and less.

anyway back to the topic, this thread is about profit sharing deals, not about my credentials

the top 10 winners this year at stars 50nl, average around 3bb/100, I dobut anyone expect the top top pros could even think about obtaining 20bb/100 over a decent sample @ 50nl.

Like I said this thread not about me, its about how a profit sharing deal split would work, so if we could keep it on topic.

3bb/100 at 50nl if youre planning on coaching people how to play poker. Plus, the people who are the top winners with that winrate 16+ table and put in a large amount of volume. You should be the one getting coaching, it tilts me that someone would pay u for coaching. If theyre that stupid tho, what can u do.
