Yes there are. A couple of the pharmacies around Soi Nana and in the first soi on Suk 3 are owned by the same Thai-chinese and his semi-ladyboy brother. These guys can hook you up with anything. Actually, just ask for Viagra or Kamagra in any Nana pharmacy.

The 'real' brands on the street - Viagra and Cialis - I am pretty sure are fake cause I got the price down to 120 baht pr. packet Cialis and no way will you get legit Cialis for that price or even generic Cialis. I've heard some people say they felt strange after taking them. Probably a small amount of cialis and then rat poison for the rest.

Yes because it's exactly the same drug. You need to try cialis or its generic version tadalafil if you are looking for a different drug that does the same thing.

As VV says yes most likely since it is the same substance.
In reality most of these drugs come with some sort of side effect for most people like head ache, heart burn, red puffy face etc but how you will react to them will vary. You just have to try them out and see which one works best for you at what dosage. For most younger guys that just need a 'boost' because they are a bit drunk less than a full pill will often do the job and cut down on the side effects but you just have to figure that out yourself. And for some people the side effects is not worth it.
I wouldn't buy any of these drugs from some random guy on the streets and your best option is probably trying to figure out a 'recommended' pharmacy in your neighborhood from some sexpat forum
