my conditioning sucks. I decided to try the 20 rep squat challenge and decided at 15 that was it. I was done. It was becoming taxing just holding the weight and I could tell that my last two reps weren't good depth LBBS. You could say that the weight was too much, but the point is taking a 10 rep weight. Sure I could have gone down to a weight that was easier, but then it wouldn't have been a 10 rep weight...

I have no had the time or access to the celebrity noodz today. I am counting on you guys in helping me find some links to some good stuff tomorrow.

FYI- I gravitate towards brunettes with feminine shaped lower bodies, so passing on Upton, but I am good with j law and any other celebs that fit this criteria.

Hmm. I probably will do a 205 attempt see how it goes. It was definitely harder then I thought it would be...been doing the 3-5-8 rep ranges only. Different energy systems....

I started at 225 and made it up to 285x20 when my 1rm was in the low 400's. I think you'll get to 70% pretty quickly, but it feels like death.

Goddamn boxers and their goddamn running. Turned up to training yesterday and the coach was just like "go run 5k" ...f*cking zzzzzz... and now my right hamstring hurts.

yeah my gym is usually good about posting stuff, so I either spaced out or they ****ed up.

Alternatively, something might have just happened as it's an old building. There's been one or two other times when it's just been randomly closed and I go in the next day and they had some power or water issue.
