PokerStars - $0.25 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: $25.00
SB: $25.88
BB: $25.00
Hero (UTG): $18.54
CO: $27.77

SB posts SB $0.10, BB posts BB $0.25

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.35) Hero has K Q

Hero raises to $0.75, fold, BTN raises to $2.25, fold, fold, Hero calls $1.50

Flop: ($4.85, 2 players) Q 4 6
Hero checks, BTN checks

Turn: ($4.85, 2 players) 7
Hero bets $2.22, BTN calls $2.22

River: ($9.29, 2 players) 6
Hero checks, BTN bets $7.40, Hero calls $7.40

BTN shows A 5 (Flush, Ace High)
(Pre 61%, Flop 97%, Turn 100%)
Hero mucks K Q (Two Pair, Queens and Sixes)
(Pre 39%, Flop 3%, Turn 0%)
BTN wins $23.01

The preflof decision is close. But I asumed that he was raising a polorised range and then my call is good(i calculated it with equilab). On the flop I check 100% of my range. When he checks back and the turn comes 7h I bet all my flushes.: T9, J9, JT, KT, KJ, AJ, AT and A9. I bet my queens: KQ, AQ, QJ and QT. And then i bet my aces with a diamond: AJo, ATo and A9o. As you can see almost all the hands I bet are for value so my opponent should have a very easy fold with a lot of his hands. Do i need to mix in more bluffs and if so what bluffs???

On the river I maybe should've folded because KQo is in the bottom of my range, but i don't expect him to check back a lot of strong hands on the flop, call the turn and then bet the river. In this case he is maybe overbluffing and we have a very easy call with our whole range.

Very interested to hear your opinions. Thanks for reading

Your assumed equity isn't the actual equity that you have. It would be if you go to showdown a 100%.
He will be able to use his position and outplay you, so youre gonna fold some of the time, so you wont be able to realise your equity.
Calling 3bets out of position is very bad, and most of the money we make is by players who call 3bets OOP and make mistakes postflop(It is difficult not to make mistakes when you play OOP in a big pot with a mediocre hand)
Position influences the equity whe have, A 50/50 situation equitywise can be turned in a 40/60 situation in favour of the Player IP, or even better

You said you bet all your flushes on the turn and mention hands like 9T and J9, If you call that many hands OOP(you shouldn't call any except AA to trap an agressive bad opponent) If those hands are in your 3betcallingrange, you will get exploited a lot.

And yeah, of course, buy in for the full amount

Pre is never a flat. we are 4bet bluffing or folding here. When we flat we just get absolutely destroyed by all of villains bluffs. We never want to be floating OOP so this pot will be a disaster to play unless we connect with the flop. Most of the time we won't, and we'll x/f.
