Sent the following email today, in reply to the ridiculous broken english Andre email I posted on page one... I urge everyone to do the same:
Hello Support,
I would like to reopen this issue.
Pokerstars has been suffering from lag spikes since the update that introduced the new final table theme and the real time prizepool updating. The lag usually occurs at :00, :15, :30 and :45 past the hour. This lag freezes all tables for a period of time, resulting in losing timebank and timing out/folding hands inadvertently. This alone affects our equity in tournaments, but the emotional frustration (tilt) that results from this issue affects us even more. We should not have to deal with this, and I hypothesize that I have lost a significant amount of equity as a result of this issue.
Every time I emailed you about the issue you said it was not your fault and it must be something on my end. But the whole time I was 100% sure it was a Pokerstars issue. This is because I am a professional poker player, and talk to many other professionals around the world who were ALL experiencing this, regardless of their computer specifications / Internet Service Provide / location / third party software usage. I assume the reason you did not receive a flood of complaints is that recreational players make up the majority of your player pool, and do not notice this so much as they only play a few tables and do not play regularly/daily.
An extensive thread has been building up on the twoplustwo MTT Community forums. Yesterday in this thread, Bryan-S, a Pokerstars representative on the forum finally admitted that Pokerstars have FULL LIABILITY for this issue, which we knew all along.
The thread is here, please read it for yourself:

The post from Bryan-S is as follows:
"Hello again,
Our developers continue working on this issue, and having spoken with one of their team leaders a bit ago, I have some hopeful news to share. They were finally able to reproduce the problem a short time ago, and believe that it's now been positively identified. Assuming this is true, a fix will be on the way as soon as possible. Again, if/when I have more news and/or details which I can share, I'll be back here to do so.
I hope that we're on the right track here, and regret that it's taken this long. (That would be true even if I could wave a magic wand and make this problem go away in the next five minutes.) Thank you once again to those who have been as patient as possible, understanding that we want to solve problems as much as our players want us to solve them. Constructive feedback and information in an attempt to sort out an issue is always helpful, difficult as it may be at times. Thank you."
Due to the above admission of liability, I expect two things from you now:
1. A full apology for all the times you denied the existence of this issue and/or tried to deflect the blame on to me.
2. A full refund of all of my rake from the date of the introduction of the patch that started this issue up until the current date. I believe this was around the middle of February, so I am expecting at least 3 weeks worth of rake refund.
I look forward to your response.
Many thanks
