Sickest hand I ever won...
I still remember this one, it was one of my first times at a casino, I just turned 21. I had $800 stack at a 1/2 game which is the biggest stack I ever had. The two other players involved were the other 2 big stacks at the table. I flopped top set of QQ's, Player 1 flopped set of 88's and Player 2 flopped a set of 22's. We all ended up getting it all-in on the flop. And my hand held up.

I won a $2,200 (1,100bb) pot at a 1/2 game.

This was a couple years, I didn't have a job and I was playing 2/5 nl as an income. I was on a big downswing and I did the stupidest thing I could do at the time. I went to play 5/10 (which i never played before) to try and win my money back faster. I built up a big stack of about $4,000 running really good and flopped a set of AA against a set of QQ against the only guy at the table who had me covered, the case queen came on the turn giving him quads. What made it even worse is that there was a $250,000 Bad Beat Jackpot and if I spiked my A on the river I would get about $100,000 but it didn't come.

Given the circumstances this hand was particularly devastating for me.

Won:I was probably 3-4months into being 21 and playing semi regularly at my casino, was a very solid winner at 1-2 (buying in for 200 and eventually 300$). I eventually starting playing 2-5. In my second session of 2-5 ever I look down at AA UTG. I have about 1k, the BTN who 3bet me has me covered and there's a shortstack who called inbetween with about 500. I flat the 3bet and the shortstack shoves, then the BTN shoves and I snap. Ship 2.5k to a 21 year old kid taking a shot. BTN had KK

Lost: Happened yesterday- I'm playing a 2-5 game with some girl who binked some tournament for 20k a few weeks ago and she is raising roughly ATC and raising every limp/btn open. I look at JJ in the SB and limp, she raises to 35 out of the BB. 1 caller and I make it 140, she snap shoves for 700 more. She seems super relaxed, she was kind of drunk though, answering all my questions perfectly and I couldn't find a hand I beat.

It was late but not too late. Id say about 11:07 pm and I had the urge to go and play some poker at my local casino. I hopped in my brand new truck, turned up the tunes and started to drive. i was about 15 minutes from the casino and I notice this sexy chick on the street but she was wearing a lot of make up. I thought to myself "hooker?" My thoughts responded "obv". I pull over and ask "how much" in which she responds by throwing her slushy at my truck door. The window was open so a little splashed inside. A little old lady walks out of the convenience store and asks the lady what happened. I heard the response as I was whiping the juice off the inside of my truck "mom you cant even go to the store anymore to buy a simple bottle of pepto bismol without being treated like trash by pigs".

I kind of felt bad. This lady was obviously out with her mom to get something for her irritated stomach. I half apologized trying not to laugh and drove off.

I finally arrived at the casino where the valet was waiting. I handed him the keys and what i thought was a $20 bill. He mumbles "****ing idiot" like I couldnt hear him. I turn and say wtf is your problem douche. And he says "nothing sir have a great night". "I gave you $20 whats your problem". "Actually you gave me $1".
I felt like a moron so I handed him a $20 and apologized. I understood why he called me a ****ing idiot but I still dont like being called names. So as i walked away I mumbled quite loudly "call me an idiot again and I will chop out your liver with an axe".

So the night isnt going great so far. I sit down at the bar and think if maybe I should go home. Ive already had two things go wrong, why make it 3 with losing a bunch of money. I decide to go over to slots and see how my luck is going to go. Its a $16 slot and you basically play 4 slots on 1 machine. If I remember correctly it was megacash so if you get 3 in a row you win the jackpot which was 100k at the time. Now before I go any further, lets not get everyone excited by thinking Im going to say I won the jackpot. I didnt.

So I slap $500 in the machine and start playing. Im about 5 pulls in and nothing really hits. Im like okay a few more and Im outta here and Im just going to go home. The very nexy pull I see megacash on the first reel, second is a 7 and third is megacashX2. BOOM, I hit something. Now the question is how much. The slot payout keeps spinning and the numbers get higher and higher. It reaches $2,400 and stops. Not bad. Im pretty happy with that return.

Now Im running good, this is what we call the upswing. Time to donk around and have some fun. I sit down at $5/$10 game and buy in for $1000. The very first hand I get dealt my favorite hand 7 2 of diamonds. I 3 bets some guy and he calls. and the flop comes 772. I dont get too excited, I dont really give a **** either way. Ya win some ya lose some. So I bet the pot for whatever reason and this guy shoves his stack in about $800. I obviously call and he shows 22. Drawing dead.

A couple people including the guy who had 22 start berating me. Calling me a ****** for reraising with 72. So I say "seems like everyone is mad, I think this is a perfect time for a hit and run". I collect my chips, say gg and walk away from the table. I turn my attention to a bj table and sit down. I play for an hour or two and the entire time I can feel this guys cold stares. he was mexican and he was mad. I saw him talking to a few of his buddies. No big deal right? Right.

I basically play breakeven blackjack and walk away down a little bit if anything really. I decide its not fun anymore so its time to go home. I walk outside and for some reason the valet guy wasnt there. I thought that to be very odd, is the guy looking to get fired or something? Out of the left of my eye I see someone rushing at me. Just in time I step out of the way and he blows past me with his failed attempt at a tackle, smashes into the wall and is knocked the **** out. I figured his buddies were coming after me but they just started to laugh and point at their friend. I didnt want this matter to go any further, i walked into the casino and spoke to security and explained what happened. They said they were calling the police but I said I didnt want to press any charges (could I even charge the guy for anything lol?). He said he would verify my story and if there was any problem I would be contacted by them or the police. They asked for my id and let me go. I hopped into my truck, went to the grocery store, bought fresh lobster, a nice big steak and some shrimp. I went home and had a great meal.

Just a couple weeks ago actually. In a tournament I 3 bet a guy with AA, both the A and the A, who was starting to get short stacked and he decided to flat with 500 behind... presumably so he could stop & go me. Board comes all hearts. The guy open shoves 500 more into the pot of roughly 1200 and I snap, figuring a bluff. Naturally he shows
AJ and I'm virtually drawing dead. Turn card pairs the board. River card is my 1 outer for a boat. Easily less than a 1% chance and utterly brutal. It took me about 10 seconds to even realize I'd won the hand and was now chip leader. Poor guy must've been PISSED

Loss:

I flop top set JJJ against a spewtard. He shoves me on the dryest flop ever and obviously I snap. He has pocket 9s for a pair of nines vs my set. You guessed it. Running 9s on the turn and river for him to make quads and I'm out of the tournament proceeding to throw up. If I remember correctly the odds are about 1 in 903 or somewhere around there. Had to buy a new mouse the next day.

Best win after a loss:

A few weeks ago a guy flopped a set of 7s and I had flopped a set of 6s. I led out and bet onto the very wet drawy board and this idiot decided to smooth call and slowplay me. Naturally both the straight and flush draw gets completed with a 10 on the turn and we're both afraid of it so we check it down. Guy tries to tease me for losing about 7 BB out of the hand and I ROFLSTOMP him with words for not being able to stack me when I led out with an underset.

won about 350, lost about 350 in 2 separate hands once

I was playing this satellite on Stars and rivered the nuts near the bubble. I 3-bet all my chips except one and villain, who had me covered, reraised all-in. Just to piss him off I let the timer go all the way down to one second before clicking call for my last chip. Then nothing happened and I realized I lost my connection. By the time I got back online, Stars had folded my hand and I had bubbled of the satellite.

Best win: Table limped to me in an MTT, I have pocket 5's and shoved all in with 8 bb's. Everyone calls, board reads J24xx no one hits anything and I go from 8k to around 72k. Went on to place 5th for $6k

Biggest beat: Heads up in an MTT I get Ac Kc go all in and get called with 8c 9c flop is 6c 7c Tc ldo.... Sigh

after a 3k tourney-score i played 5/10 nl cash (obv).
i have K3 suited in the bigblind and 100bb. button limps (it was 2008, pacific poker) and we see a flop.
its 633 and he checks to me and i bet half pot and he flats.
TURN is a KING and i have threes over kings full. he checkraises me small and i flat to let him hang himself.
we get it all-in on the river and he had 66 for higher fulls. lost 1850$ pot

WON:
2 month later i played live NL500€. i was stuck ~250€ and had ~700€ on the table, which basically was my roll, except 300€ that i kept at home.
on my right sits the only good (actually great, 10/20$ grinder online) player,
and the rest is average weak and one big fish sits 3 to my left.
i get AKoff in MP and raise to 30€. it folds to the fish in the smallblind and he makes it 60€.
im stuck, hes fish and i have position, so i make it 180€ to go
and an other player starts needling the fish for his min-3-bet OOP and he seems annoyed,
asks me how i could know he doesnt have AA/KK, as if he would give that speech in that case...
he calls and the FLOP is QK7.
now we have ~365€ in the pot and the fish covers me, cause he ran hot earlier.
he actually donkshoves the flop out of position, right into my toptop.
i have to take 30 sec and count my stack that i have left (+500€) and make a crying call,
expecting to see the worst, like a set of queens.
we dont show our hand and the dealer put a JACK on the TURN, i cramp and look at him.
he doesnt look any better... no JJ there .
river blank and he says:"i think you got it" and tables 1010.
