However, I still agree with your main point, if I was betting, it would only be on the condition kidlion was out.

It is true the mods can't keep kl out, but the other bettors have the right to exclude him because of the questions which have already been raised by kl's suspicious account.

Just let the bet go off minus kidlion, otherwise it's going to get ugly, even if kl is completely legit, people are going to start seeing ghosts under the bed with every little suspicious action.
