Hey All,
Cliff:
- Vipgrinder sells player security for commissions
- “Guaranteed” funds on Fulpot poker (of course when bad thing happen, they forget it…marketing bull****…they will say whatever makes you sign up)
- “Promised” cash-outs 1-2 weeks (now waiting for over 3 months for a 24k Euro cashout)
- They make money on your back by suggesting very unsafe deal without telling
- Us poker players should be careful and not trust these people
(I will update this in case they decide to make things right)
My frustrating story:
I have been a long term client under VIP-Grinders and have been very disappointed
with their service. They are usually respond quickly on skype, but i now learnt you cannot trust them.
It has been about 5 months or so since I was recommended by them to use the Korean site : FulPot. Foolish of me thinking of the soft game especially when I signed under them. They “guaranteed” funds (see previous poster) , but of course it is an empty promise.
What happened? I play high stakes and lost my first deposit. When I first lost my initial amount no issues ofc, and then I reloaded. My second deposit was more successful and i won money.
On August I decided I didn't want to play there anymore and decided to make a withdrawal of 24 million Korean which at the time was equivalent to about 24,000 euros. I got a bunch of empty promises and delays despite frequent contact with them. After like 2 weeks went by, this was also the time where the Korean currency lost value (i have requested the cashout before the big drop).
Initially when I decided to join this I asked them how is the cashout process and they said "no problems so far 1-2 week cash outs”. They started to offer “faster” cash out in return for a 10% fee (after making me wait one month!). I was very angry at this cheap scam attempt. After time i got so worried that i would even accept 10% loss.
I have gotten about 6k so far of payments WHICH has been given to me at there mercy as I'm taking in whatever random vig they decided to put in which seems to be around 10-15% on average. I have asked a person that I trust a lot and he told me that affiliates earn big commissions on these types of shady sites, because nobody “serious” would ever promote them. The sites also know this and therefore give affiliates juicy deals with high margins. So the poster who complained before is NOT a random person getting screwed. This is the rule not exception.
If you understand how much Fulpot rakes (up to $42 per hand!) + that i am playing high stakes, you understand the real reason why Vip-grinders sends people to those sites. MONEY.
The story is always the same. They will say how unfortunate things are (when the site goes bust and screws players) but 5min later they will promote the next junk site WITHOUT TELLING PLAYERS ABOUT RISK. Not once did they tell me that there is a serious risk on this site.
I now need to check in very often + spend a lot of time talking to managers/ other people to request cash outs only to maybe get a minor cash, out then ask to get another cash out again later. The last message I've gotten is complete BS and it doesn't seem very optimistic as the site is very close to bust I am sure.
