I'd like to post a session for review of 25 particular hands -- half of them are just whether to fold or play preflop.
Can I just post that in Two Plus Two Poker Forums > Other Poker > Small Stakes PL Omaha or is there a better place? Or maybe the quick checkup thread, but I fear 25 hands is too much for there.

Thanks!
quick checkup, but do only 3 or 4 per post. It'll be easier to keep track of.
Hero shows Q A A 9 (Three of a Kind, Nines) (Pre 49%, Flop 50%, Turn 50%) BTN mucks A Q T A (Two Pair, Aces and Nines) (Pre 51%, Flop 50%, Turn 50%) Hero wins $3.71
After getting in nearly 30% stacks pre-flop its a snap call on the flop, against your opponents percieved 4-bet calling range the worst you could be up against is say some kind of middle 4 card connecters, at worst your a 60-40 dog up against a pair+wrap combo such as 5678 or 5789 and against 57810 your 50-50. The fact you have backdoor clubs and spades to nut flushes also makes this an easy call. Hope this helps.
Start with Godlikeroy's April 2011 digest answering Helsinge's question directly, then read GGaRJ's and yrmom's digests. My legacy should be read last if ever, I don't know why this trash was even included, lol.
(Edit: I assumed that you read crashwhips' milestones before asking - those gems are to be read first obv.)
ThePressure, fold to the turn raise in the first hand - you didn't even have the best flush, bar a full house, but otherwise wp - with these stack depths there's no need to worry about nuts with redraws, there are combodraws in V's range in hand 2, and in hand 3 V could c/r any full, not only the nuts, and your shove was actually for value (flatting woulda made little sense as you weren't folding anyway).
In hand 3 your full is the 3rd nuts (I don't find folding terrible either, esp if SB is a rock known to flat most his KK hands pre OOP), while in hand 1 you have the 4th; also, in hand 3, SB could play K9 this way, while in hand 1 UTG (if tight enough) woulda flatted the turn with JJ (or folded it otf), and also AA/AQ/AJ combos are frequent in his opening range (mainly AJ as you're almost blocking AQ). Also, stack-to-pot ratio was bigger in hand 1, and the bigger the SPR, the bigger the loss when behind.
Spoiler:
Also, thinking that I have merely a flush when I have both a flush and a full is my standard pattern recognition leak at the tables because suit colours are way easier to spot than matching ranks; pls forgive me for that
quick question to the regular long term .5/1 and higher grinders. I've probably played 100k hands of PLO in my life. I'm a small winner. I've won about 500k playing .5/1 and higher NLHE in the last 5 years, but basically don't really enjoy grinding the game (along with having a major setback on BF that put my bankroll back by a year) and am looking to play lots more PLO.
I find that I'm probably a med to small winner at 50plo and 100plo just through hand reading and understanding position. However I'd like to learn the skills necessary to win at higher levels and against more than mouth-breathers.
today for fun I played 39/28/21 and 25plo. I lost about 4BI, but actually felt that I was seeing a ton of profitable spots that I probably miss when I'm nut peddling. I was wondering if there is any value to moving down to really small stakes and working on something like a 28/22/12 type style with a ton of positional 3betting and LP stealing. Did anyone try doing something like that to rapidly advance their game? Is a really LAG style necessary to be a big winner at 1/2 and higher?

You may want to make a regular thread about this. Not sure how many small to mid stakes grinders read this thread.
LAG-style is fine, but I think u should go easy on the 3betting before you get used to maneuvering in 3bet pots. at micros the dynamic is very different, so would like do more hard than good practising there
I think u should aim for TAG over LAG pre to begin with, as I personally don't see a ton of value trying to bully ur way into profit in most small stakes games. You can open up ur range when you gain experience
I'm looking for a reputable HU Plo Coach for Midstakes and I appreciate any recommendations. Dont has to be elite player.. i'd like to have some structured explanations with a solid foundation. thx
I suggest you check out the coaching forum and see who is looking for students. When you find someone, come back here - or HSPLO - to ask for references
How big percent of our stack do we need to get in preflop, to be stacking off correctly on basically any flop? I have read somewhere that 30 percent of your stack pre is the "magical" mark, but want to learn more about this topic. Play in a loosy gambooly home game, and very often i am able to get a big portion in preflop when i get dealt AAxx.
