Yes, I also believe Hellmuth has fallen behind the field nowadays, but this could be the momentum he's looking for going into some upcoming events and just a few months out of the WSOP. A big win here could do a lot for him in terms of confidence. On the other side of the spectrum, getting to this final table and busting out early could really devastate him so we'll have to see how it plays out.
I think the most interesting matchup would be Hellmuth and Andy Seth heads up in a young-versus-old, new-school-against-old-school battle.

He has admitted that he needs to work on his math game, so who knows what 2010 will bring for Hellmuth.
