Yeah, but 90% of all pro poker players are dorks. I actually think Antonio E. is a bigger dork than Phil Hellmuth, just as an example.

How can you possibly know that without knowing the stack sizes and anything about the other players. IMO it could be anywhere from really awful to fairly standard depending on the info we don't have.

Maybe you missed the fact that the original raiser was relatively short stacked. Therefore, his 3 bet is much more likely to get called/pushed back. Add in the 3 callers before it's on Phil...I have to agree the 3bet here wasn't a very good play.

Still though, I love Phil Hellmuth lol

Phil is also seeing the same life coach Sam Chauhan that Gavin Smith, Josh Arieh, and Antonio Esfandiari are seeing.

I hope he pulls one of those performances like he does on Poker After Dark where he folds down to 0.5 BB. The final table will go like this

Phil raises
Andy calls

*flop*
Phil bets
Andy calls

*turn*
Phil checks
Andy checks

*river*
Phil bets
Andy goes over the top
Phil gives a speech and folds

rinse and repeat

Guy said he was short and he raised preflop. Please tell me how much fold equity you have when you're short and raise pf?

Obviously, if raiser was 30xbb deep and PH made the same play then its cool, but the pfr was prob like 20xbb if not less.

Hellmuth can win any NLHE tournament he plays on, he did it for 20 years and he still does it.
Just to throw a little stats into the discussion. Phil Hellmuth has won exactly 2 poker tournaments(June 2007 and June of 2006) since May of 2003. 2 wins in nearly 7 years. 2 wins since Moneymaker won the main event. 2 wins since the rest of the world starting playing the game. He has no victories in almost 3 years.

I am not counting the NBC heads-up crapshoot as a tournament win.

This was where Hellmuth had a black sweater on, stubble, and when Antonio won he did "the wave" and Hellmuth said "Show some respect and shake my hand buddy"

LOL. This was before Antonio was famous - this was his "1.4" score.
That was the Lucky Chances WPT event during season one.

This is so annoying. How many people have won more than 2 major tournaments in this time frame? Why are we only counting wins (as if that's the only finish that measures success)? Convenient that we throw away another one of his wins. This is just silly.

Stream is up now.

However, they can't show the final table itself, but audio should be available.

What's really annoying is you completely distorting the argument. That post was made in response to the claim that Hellmuth is objectively the greatest player, as evidenced by the stats. I guess you win whatever debate you're engaged in.
