Best wishes,

Mason, there were a bunch of people still in the room the whole time, so minimal opportunity for shenanigans. As far as I know there were no issues whatsoever. I certainly didn't hear anyone say anything about missing any of their chips when they returned. Having said that, many people were shook up about it, so may not have noticed even if there were an issue. But I doubt it.

I know a 40/80 reg lost 3k chips that fell out of his shirt pocket in the stampede. He didn't get them back apparently, but won a 3k sportsbet meant to get him unstuck. Ah, Vegas.

I hear he was a disgruntled former employer.
Got sacked and turned to crime.
Started off as a hamburglar then turned to ham-fisted armed robber who got hambushed in the porking lot.
There's more to this story though.
Definitely a twist in the tail.

I'm sure the crook will plead gilty. Wonder if he was just boared. He could have just asked to barrow someone else's watch. Do you think he will apologize, or not be sowwy?

Seems like an interesting coinkcidence that this guy just happened to be there with a camera after store hours.

It seems likely his defense will plead an addiction to truffles and seek a diversion program instead of time behind bars:

with the diversion sentence to be served at

the Truffles N Bacon Cafe in Las Vegas.

Suspect is claiming his family was being threatened. Which makes a lot sense concidering how colossally stupid the thing was. Even basic scouting would tell to put your get away car in s garage with toll booths to get out

Gonzales, a Los Angeles native according to the police report, said people in Mexico threatened to hurt his family if he did not follow their instructions.

So he rode in a truck across the border into Arizona and then to Las Vegas, where he received a fake ID. He said he was told to get two hotel rooms at different properties and then to meet with the other men.

He told police the men were given fake guns and masks, and he was given a cellphone with an earpiece through which he received further instructions: Steal expensive watches that could be sold in Mexico for up to $2 million, records show.

He said they made him wear the pig mask “because he was fat,” the report said.

After the crime, the men were supposed to stop at one of the hotel rooms and remove any tracking devices from the jewelry. They were then supposed to board a bus to San Diego or Tijuana, Mexico, records show.

Only question left to ask: what will the next Bellagio robber wear as disguise in their caper?

So he did all that to save his family, yet ratted on everyone anyway.

Had he got away with this caper I believe he would have liquidated the proceeds very quickly and then degened all the money off at high stakes BackGammon
