thanks
sad to see the 10/20 go
that game could get juicy
although at times a nit fest
the 9/18 is probably an action junkies dream

Is it 2-chip, 3-chip or 1-chip, 3-chip blinds? When they had 15/30 it was 2-chip, 3-chip.

The small blind is $6, two $3 chips.

Unfortunately it has not been going often.

What limit do you want? 4-8, 20-40 and 40-80 go daily.

Curious if they remove the ones that run the exterior of the poker room as well.

On a positive note, a Starbucks is opening up within the property in Feb.

How are the 8-16 and 20-40 Hold 'em games; loose, tight, etc.? Are the 7 Stud games getting players, seeing as the Bellagio seems to be the last room offering it?

Intense action in the poker room last night. Just after midnight a huge crowd of people came running in to the poker room from the casino floor. At first it looked like a fight had broken out. Then people started diving for cover under tables, and running for the exits, and then word flew through that there was a shooter on the loose in the casino.

The poker room practically cleared out in like 30 seconds. There was no trampling or anything that I could see, but it was mass chaos. Plenty of chairs got thrown around, and people were leaping over the banister. Probably 100k or more of chips just left there on the tables while people hustled out the back emergency exits.

Outside, some police cars went sirening by, but within about 5 minutes we got the OK (from whom, I have no idea) to go back inside. True to form as degenerates, within about 30 seconds the first games were back up and running, though the floors were still trying to figure out what to do. "We haven't gotten the all clear, but we can't stop you from playing..."

Rumors flowed like wildfire. A shooting in the lobby. A robbery gone bad. 4, then 5 robbers tried to steal from the role store. SWAT was there, and had killed one of the robbers in the parking lot.

Eventually via Twitter and other news sites we learned that there was a shot fired, but it was inside the store, which was closed and empty at the time. No one was shot. No one died. One robber may have been taken into custody, still looking for others. Police had cordoned off an area of the casino for investigation. The parking garage was locked down for awhile, trapping some of the locals.

Eventually all that was left to do was swap stories. By far the best thing I've seen was this pic, allegedly of the robber that was caught: https://mobile.twitter.com/KiraK_smi...7Ctwgr%5Etweet

That sounds wild! Did you hear gun shots and thats what triggered the chaos or was it more everyone is running, I'm going with them? Was anyone trying to steal chips?

News here now is that last night the Rolex store was burglarized, they got a few bags full of watches. No one hurt, but maybe they used a gun to get into store or watch case.

Now today it is crazy because there is a bus with a gunman in it right on LV Blvd between here and Aria. First word was it was a hostage situation, but last I heard gunman was now alone in bus. No traffic getting through at least one direction on the strip.

News today says no shots were fired, they used sledgehammer to break the storefront glass and people mistook those noises for gunshots. But allegedly at least one was armed.

Either way, no way anyone in the poker room heard anything. It was just the sudden noise of people running into the room shouting and screaming.

Enough people stayed in the room hiding under tables and whatnot that I don't think there was anyone who tried to steal anything. But like I said, the room was close to full beforehand, and just about all those chips stayed on the tables for the whole time.

Great footage! Interesting weekend when you add the bus standoff that happened later in the day. I was watching that one on Periscope from Planet Hollywood. Surprising it took them 'so long' to catch these guys but perhaps for the safety of the guests they don't make a scene unless pressed into one. Keeping people safe is way more important than a few watches walking out the door. GL

Good news: Bellagio finally got their new chairs in, just in time for the WSOP.

Bad news: new rake increase, maximum $5. Maybe time for me to move up and start playing only the time games.

Oh, also last week's news: the Fiji water bottles have been downsized about 1/3 from the previous size (330ml vs 500ml).

Surprised they waited so long to move it up to 5 dollars. Didn't Venetian and Wynn move it up before last years WSOP?

Their twitter mentions an "upgrade" to the temporary wsop tables in the sportsbook. Any idea what the upgrade is? (or did they mean the upgrade is the new chairs)
