After a lot of patience... I decided to report what seems to be a general problem on PokerMambo / Play2b Network.

I have 2 pending cash out dated of June 2013. The oldest is from the 19th of June. I am an small affiliate and sent a email to my manager and he said he would talk to payment teams about it but nothing has happen yet.

I have contacted 2 players I referred and 1 of them reported me to also have pending cash outs since June. The other player didn't had any pending cash out but did confirm me the last one he got was slow and after our discussion he did requested his entire roll out now.

Hopefully this will put some pressure and other players living the same problems will report it until the resolution of the issue.

I'll be more than happy to confirm and close this thread once PokerMambo will have paid my cash outs.

Well, I have took about 10k euro out from there without any problems but it was beginning of this year

A lot of thing can change in 6 months... Remember Mambo is part of revolution. They also give a lot in promo on play2b. Anyway, hopefully I'll receive the cash outs soon!

I posted in the software improvements thread but will post here too. I had a pending withdrawal from 4/7/2013. Today after sending a second email to the support my withdrawal was finally granted and is supposed to arrive at my bank account in 3-5 days.

A friend waited for about 28 days for his last cashout as well before receiving it.

Cashouts back from June sounds weird, hope it gets sorted out for you .

Revolution has been slow/no-paying operators for a while now. I fear that the black hole for capital that is Lock Poker may have caused them irreparable damage.

I made a small mistake in my original post about my players cash outs. So here is the exact information for my cash outs and their cash outs.

Support told me by email that they are awaiting on a payment from revolution... I don't think this should affect Play2b if they would have manage the money correctly. All the cash outs we've made are originated from Play2b operations.

My own cash outs are dated of June 17th, June 19th and June 22nd.
My player #1 has 2 pending withdrawals dated July 4th and July 17th.
My player #2 has 2 pending withdrawals dated July 17th and July 19th.

I'll post again if there is any changes.

Well, it's pretty well known at this point that Revolution is not paying reconciliation payments in a timely manner. You may be waiting for a long time.

Insofar as PokerMambo goes... I thought they had some association with Goalwin?

I have also been affected by poker mambo withdrawal delays. And think it's time for us all to speak up

I originally requested 10K euro to be withdrawn on the 20th June,

Pokermambo support said that rough withdrawal timelines would be approximately 5 = 7 business days

After about 2 weeks and after numerous emails to poker mambo support about the status of my withdrawals play 2B got involved and asked me to verify my account with the appropriate identification etc etc. Play2B then stated that I might have to wait 120 days, as per their terms and conditions for any monies won on the revolution network. I since complained about this outlining the the difficulties that these withdrawals impart on us players that rely on poker to survive!!? I was then told to reduce my withdrawal request into smaller amounts, as this might help with receiving my cashouts quicker.
So early in July I reduced my requested cashouts to 4000 euro amounts, and also added 1 and a bit more, depite being FPT'ed by the nazi revolution network.
So I guess I'm waiting on 10k euro as of June 20th, and another 6k euro as of July 6th.

I have since (after another 7 or so emails) been assured from Play2B that they are unable to pay out any revolution won money until they receive their reconciliation payments from cake. See email below

I know for a fact that Cake are not playing their own players who play directly under Cake in under 2 months, so it seems we can't expect timelines any quicker than this! This is obviously very disappointing, and frustrating for us all....

I am waiting for my withdrawal since 16/7/2013. After one week I sent an email to play2b support and first got an answer that it is being checked, after that nothing happened a few days, so I sent another mail. I got an answer that my withdraw has now been approved by security department. this was on 29/7/2013. The cashout is still pending since then. I keep u updated. Up to now its 18 days. Tomorrow I send another complaining mail, see if they answer.

I am one of WarrenBuffetTrade players and decided it was the time to post of my own issue as well.

My current outstanding withdrawals are:

758.78 17th July
1183.50 5th August

They also owe me a ipad mini, since I cleared their ipad mini promotion mid of july. They have not yet shipped it to me.

They keep telling me my funds are safe and there is some unusual delay. I was happy playing there but I can't continue with this situation going on.

Just received three NETELLER payouts from Devilfish, requested on 16, 17 and 23 July. Under 100 Euro each. Only played on their Play2B software, didn't play on their Revolution software.

Happy for you, unfortunately on many site where cash outs are slow the smallest cash out always look prioritized. I'm still waiting on a cash out more than 1 month old.

Your observation about smaller cashouts getting priority seems correct.

It is too juicy for me to completely quit playing there. But I keep my roll on the site extremely small, hence the frequent small cashouts. Guess I am kind of lucky to only play micro limits.

I still advise anyone thinking about depositing to proceed with extreme caution.

So does play2b pay or not (with delay?) cause i got an Email from play2b-Support that my cashout from 16/7/2013 has been processed and Sent to my Bank account. This was in 5/08/2013. they further claimed that this would take 3-7 Business days. Now (after 4 Business days) still nothing on my Bank account. So i am worried again, that After 7 Business days i get another email which will inform me that "something" went wrong and I have to wait longer just to keep playing me on play2b. The Site is quite fishy so if the cashout delays/Problems didnt exist i would be happy to continue playing there...but with all the rumours etc...

If the money won, was NOT on the revolution network, you should be okay. The massive delays are from Cake's long timeframes in reconciliation payments to poker mambo/play2B.

Keep us posted, if they said they wired you the funds (they usually do) as they have put it in writing, and they would be held much more liable should the funds not be paid.

If mambo issues on Revolution are impacting Goalwin and Play2b cashouts, then why should anyone assume that cashouts outside of Revolution should be OK?

As far as I know, many Revolution skins remain optimistic that Cake will pay them, yet they were in late winter too and since then we have one skin closing their poker room and multiple skins unable to cashout their players.

This one made me comfortable, since Money only won on play2b. Hope you r right...
