The developers are looking in to the possibility of supporting of these games and stars 5C PLO and Courchevel at some point in the future but I don't know if/when they will be supported. They will likely require drastic changes to the core code of the software in which case we may not be able to support them. It might be possible to manually (or with a script) edit the files to make HM2 think they are normal 4 card PLO but this is just a guess based on what some customers have done with stars files so I can't be sure it is possible and you would obviously end up missing 20% - 33% of the hole card information.

Thank you for explaining in detail, i appreciate it. Def. Looking forward to the day these games are supported.

Hello,I just bought(few hrs ago) Small Stakes Holdem Manager 2 and received the key.The key is visible on my account page so from that end as far as I can tell all is well.
The problem is that I'm not offered a chance to type it in the software itself.I installed a trial(over a month ago) that has expired and now when I start the program I get these two screens(see attachment),Then I reinstalled the newly downloaded software and I get the same thing. Please help. Thanks

I was going to suggest that you reinstall the software and hope you're prompted for the key.

Nevertheless, I can assure you of one thing: I'm not an expert but someone here will definitely be able to help you. Don't worry.

It sounds like you found the 'admin user' steps on our 'can't register' faq. Thank you for letting us know it solved your problems.

Most of this is done automatically if you go to the HM2 > Home > Database > Import > Import from: Holdem Manager 1 > pick your HM1 database > leave all the option check boxes enabled.

You can also import your HM1 HUD without the Database in the HUD Options > Displayed Stats > Import 1.0 menu. Some stats have been renamed between HM1 and HM2. If any of the stats in your HM1 HUD were renamed in HM2 they will show '-' in the HUD instead of numbers/stats. You will need to remove the old stat and replace it with the new stat in the Displayed Stats menu. An example of some of the more common stats that changed would be: 'Four Bet' stats in HM1 were changed to '4Bet' in HM2.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Setup: Win7 x64, HEM2 7822, PokerStars.com, FR cash, 15-20 tables, UAC off, run HEM2 as admin, etc.

Problem: on some of the tables, the player's stats don't get displayed or refreshed. The top HUD (last three hands, change HUD, etc.) always displays the last three hands correctly. However, the position of the player's stats is incorrect, and their stats don't get refreshed after each hand. This happens only on some of the tables in the batch. Stopping/starting the HUD sometimes fixes the problem for a brief period.

This happened after the latest update to 7822, everything was working as expected up until now.

Sorry to bother you again fozzy but my HM is playing up again, In the hands section where you can replay hands there are absolutely no hands showing up any more even when I turn off all filters?

I did a full vacuum analyse and the third thing I cant remember it's name yesterday and I am pretty sure it has happened after that as I was working fine yesterday afternoon.

Please disable the auto-center option in the pokerstars client as shown in this image - http://www.screencast.com/t/fhfi56V9

Configure your poker client preferred seating and seating preferences in HM accordingly.

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ng+Preferences

1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions.
3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

The easiest way to align the HUD once it is set in the poker client is to click the 'Settings' HUD on the table and use the Arrow Buttons (<< >>) to rotate your HUD where it belongs and then click the 'Set Seat' button and choose 'OK' to agree.

If you continue to have problems, please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history(ies) for the table(s)
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab
- and a screenshot of the table created by running winspy - http://www.catch22.net/software/winspy-17
- how to use winspy - http://www.screencast.com/t/wLo1BcV7hc8v
- and your log.txt file - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F
- If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name.

Your database might be corrupt. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created).

*Try creating a new DataBase - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...m+Manager+2%3F
*Now import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Hand+Importing
All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\DD\MM.
*If the new DB seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. You will want to restore your most recent backup and/or import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and backup/restore any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...r+%28Ribbon%29

It's HM1 I am using if that makes a difference and hands are still being imported and the graph is still working fine, would this still happen if the DB was corrupt?

Cheers

Sigh, I have just added a few hands to a new DB and the hands section is now working so I take it even though the graph is working the old DB is 100% corrupt?

Yes, that would be my guess. Normally I would suggest a vacuum/analyze and reindex to see if it fixes the problem but since you said you did that recently I am not sure it will help. It can't hurt to try though before you go thru the energy of rebuilding the entire DB. Here is the entire canned reply for a hm1 corrupt DB:

Your database is corrupt. Even though your database might be damaged you should be able to export the hands, notes, results, etc.

Export your Hand Histories
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands

Export Your Notes
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/notes-02.jpg

Export Your Bonuses and Rakeback ' Options > Rakeback & Bonuses http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/...bonuses-01.jpg

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/...ta-view-01.jpg

Then you can create a new database http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database

Finally reimport all your hands/notes/summaries into the new database

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

We have a backup and restore feature within Holdem Manager that makes it easy for you to backup all your settings, hand histories and files.
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...up+%26+Restore

This is a new feature and there are some compatibility issues with it so if you have any problems you can do this manually by following the instructions below:

Manual database backup/restore via pgadmin - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...store+Database

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

right it's definitely corrupt as I did another vacuum and what not and it's still the same, anyway I put the last two months hands in a new DB as I am not to concerned about the hands but when I exported the notes from my old database it said 1208 notes had been exported and then when importing them on the new DB it is only saying 506 have been imported?

Do you know what this could be or what I am doing wrong? I will be good to play again once I get my notes.

Thanks for the help

I assume the missing 702 notes were for players/hands that weren't in the most recent 2 months worth of hands. If you were to import all your hands I would expect all 1208 notes would have been imported.

So I just installed my poker clients and HEM2 after formatting my hard drive and not playing for a couple of months, and now I have trouble getting HEM to work. I created a new database, and set up all auto import folders properly. The hands get imported to the tournament reports page, but the HUD just stays on "Waiting for hands...". The HUD also keeps reseting to Default 2.0 HUD all the time, when I want to use my custom imported HUD. I have "Site Options" to "Any site, Any, Any, Any, Any > CustomProfile"

The HUD in the settings/hud select menu won't change to your CustomProfile until it actually starts working.

Thanks for the quick response! I have my clients/hand histories in english, and as for time zone, this is how it looks above each entry in a $1 tournament I just played:

"Full Tilt Poker Game #32981416811: $300 Guarantee (256564689), Table 18 - NL Hold'em - 40/80 - 01:46:55 CET - 2013/07/16 [19:46:55 ET - 2013/07/15]"

It says both time zones (CET is the one I'm in), so I'm not really sure if that's correct or not.

Do the hands import and show in the Active Session tab, or Sessions Report, with the same Time stamp that matches your window clock?

* Site Time Adjustment Warning: If you change the settings in the full tilt timezones and then use HM2s auto detect it will cause problems. Since FTP has a timezone setting there is no reason to use an offset in HM2. This feature is there from before they introduced the timezone feature to FTP so just set it to 0 in HM2 > Hand Importing > Site Time Adjustments and set your correct timezone in FTP. If you set your Full Tilt Lobby clock to ET and do not live in ET you will need to adjust the HM2 option accordingly.
