It almost has to be? I mean are you really claiming 63 has never been dealt in online poker? I will give you one chance to clarify and if it's not reasonable I'm closing this at the very least.

i never seen QA combination. They always display it as AQ.

Check your database. Nobody remembers 63 when folds it in second.
