Just finished this, just wow, really interesting read. I love all the pictures you take and really agree with your point that traveling by bike you get to see and explore so much more. In an odd way it reminds me of several articles posted a few years back in the Houston free press where I live. They’d make these huge day walks along some of the longer roads in this town. Places almost all Houstonians would drive through but the experiences and what you see on foot is so much different.

Obviously not the same thing as there mostly exploring urban sprawl on day trips by foot while you’re covering hundreds of miles in multi day trips by bike mostly through scenic rural countryside. However same vibe to me.
