Kim Lee / Steve Heston was on the Ante Up Poker Podcast this last week. Not a good interview. Not good at all. Not recommended.

I agree, more big-name online players like Ansky, Urindanger, OMGClayAiken, Genius28... we hear too much of the opinions of "name" pros like Matusow as it is. I like the guest selection overall, Sexton and Negreanu and Harrington are obviously legends but if it's truly the 2+2 pokercast then some online focus would be appropriate.

I loved Rounders: The Poker Show and I continue to love the pokercast, keep it up.

By the way, you need more hilarious lead-ins. "LOL-ing at Documents" and "Checking Jacks Full on the River" were both classics. "Making hero calls with King high" was OK... maybe "check-raising Doyle Brunson with A5" in homage to Guy's play on high stakes poker?

Ryan Beal and/or Mat Sklansky...perhaps youll get some secret mod business stuff out of them. Im sure (ATF) readers would have lots of questions.

also MikeHaven and MrWookie are supermods who have been here for like...ever.....and have plenty of entertaining stories. gogogo.

I totally agree with you on that one. I'd like to hear from some popular online players such as Genius28, WestmenloAA, lilholdem954, PearlJammer, busto_soon, Moorman1, THE__D__RY, Tmay420, and ElMastermind.

Awesome show guys. Quite frankly the best podcast I've listened to. Keep up the good work.

Why have we not heard from the Deuces Cracked guys? Entity, Deathdonkey or Joe Tall would be my suggestions. They have been active in all the limit forums with brilliant advice and well thought out replies to even the micro-est of lhe hands. I know LHE isn't the most popular game, but there are still a ton of limit players (high and low stakes) who listen to your show.

Thx for the props. Krantz from DeucesCracked is on the docket for some time in April(NL guy). Threre is a past episode with Vanessa Selbst from DC as well. As for LHE, we will be having stoxtrader(Nick Grudzien) from stoxpoker on soon for more than just a quick strategy tip.

Men Ngyuen would be great... If you can have him address his alleged cheating scandal.. Many including Bonomo have accused him of cheating... Would Men be courageous enough to be on Podcast??

Suggestion:

Each week, pick a different forum to showcase. I think this would bring awareness to forums that don't get much traffic (software, ATF, etc.) and increase the popularity of those that do (BBV, SSNL, etc).

I really enjoy the forum static portion of each show and I think this could be tacked onto it.

Yeah, it definitely would be nice to get the forums more involved.

Hey guys love the podcast one of my fav, i like to see Joe Hachem on the podcast. Im a fellow young Australia poker player and would like to hear his insights of how he got into poker and what apporach would he recommand for young poker players to become a pro poker player in Australia and other markets that arent as large as America and Europe.

Keep up the good work guys only problem is that you dont have enough podcast during the week.

Kirk Morrison... He is a great tournament player...

Question to ask...
1) Why he took 4 years off to goto New Zealand - rumor has it he owed lot of money to a bookie... can he confirm it?
2) What is his tournament style - He is not at all aggressive as others... yet he wins lot of tournament.. how did he change his style to accomodate today's tournament structure
3) How did he keep his poker skill so sharp?
4) What was he doing in New Zealand? - Specify please.. How did he support himself?

Rizen - I really enjoy his videos on PokerXfactor. Explains his ideas very well. Would be interesting to hear him talk about the pros and cons of cash game vs. tourneys, since he plays both.

Annette Obrestad - so many good reasons to get her on the show.

Barack Obama ;-) - Apparently he's an avid poker player. Maybe he'll tell us how he's going to get the UIGEA repealed in his first six months in office, thus garnering the poker vote.

Have enjoyed the show since the bigpoker.ca days. Keep up the good work.

My favorite potential guests would be Howard Lederer or Ray Zee. They always give out useful advice to become better poker players. My least favorite would be a guest that only wants to brag and chit chat.
