I also think Stars was a little too permissive in letting him wear his UltimateButtPlug patch/logo.

Dunno though, Phil could have been being Phil earlier in the episode which we didn't see.
Given his karma, it is not possible to be too rude to PH at the poker table.

At least the dealer didn't ship the pots to the wrong player like apparently (according to PH) happens all the time at UB.

Shaun Deeb, ask him if he thinks he's funny playing in the Ladies WSOP event. However much of a joke that tournament may be it's completely douchy for men to play in it.

According to pokernews "Deeb has explained that he's playing today because he lost a prop bet and that he plans on donating any money he wins to a charity benefiting a female cause".

So, he's just about ok to be playing. Every other man playing + not donating to charity is a douche.

Jason (TheMasterJ33) Dewitt and David (Bakes) Baker to hear about their bracelet wins at 2 stacked Final Tables would be great.

Thx

Tex Barch, plz

The micro full ring forum has another regular poster making a deep run in a WSOP event. El Nino1, Gary Hurst, is currently 16th of 30 remaining in event 24, NLHE $1000.

El Nino1 is an interesting guy who grinds NL $50 online, and I think he'd make a great interview.

Maybe I'm biased because I mod the forum, but I think it is also cool and newsworthy that uFR NLHE has had two players make deep runs this year.

Also Dan Heimiller.. I like how doesn't play like his stereotyped image. Old dude does not always equal tight nit.

Get Ziigmund and let him spit some crazy stories about propbets and stuff he has done.

Have someone explain why watching Tom Dwan play on TV is so tilting.

My guess is where you may see half of Phil Laak's hands you only a fifth Dwan's.

I'm already yelling at the TV and I don't want see him get there one more time...ever.

Dan Heimiller would be pretty awesome.

Adam
I would like to see a segment interviewing a top player and asking them how a new tournament player should get started. Should they only play large fields with 2k plus people like the million? or should they start with 180 mans? how many should they play per day compared to how much time they should spend analyzing? I think this is a mystery to most people how tournament pros go about their daily days or how they went about them in the early years. We all know ivey and joe cada got started with cash, but how did some other tournament players get started with tournaments?

You should get Dan Idema on the show. Two WSOP final tables is pretty impressive. Plus, I've heard he's related to someone famous.

DN, Tony G definitely came off like DBs.
Phil Laak is debatable.

Wiggins line is like never ever ever repping TT, and the fact that Phil tanked so long and genuinely thought he might be beat is absolutely laughable to me. If it was anyone other then Phil, it wasn't deserved, and those guys would have been out of line.. But the dude still has a good amount of negative karma coming his way IMHO, for all the BS he's dished out over the years.
Haha PH, haha

Ok I'm going to eat my words a tiny bit here. I just finished watching week 1, and I'm really finding myself torn on the Phil thing now. He's obviously got issues but I've never seen him go out of his way so much to try to have a good time - which to me was really showing in the first 2 episodes before the beat. Yes he was being Phil, but you can catch glimpses of him genuinely laughing off some of the needles aimed at him early on.

He's got some line like "everyone has a little Phil in them, but usually they grow out of it" which I thought was pretty hilarious - and that's it in a nutshell.. He's trying to take himself less seriously, but I think when people gang up on him it's pretty hard for him not to shell up and become old Phil.

This is really hard for me. I'm still not a fan of Phil, but I see a little more of a human side after this I think. I might have to take it down from "loathing" (Adam lol) to just annoying now.

/end OT rant.

^I feel dirty after posting that. Finished week 5 and omg I'm loathing Phil again. Jfc... I eat my words again.

Back on topic; Idk.. get PH and Tony G on the show together.
