Phil Hellmuth!! I would love to hear Adam Schwartz and Phil discuss appropriate table talk and demeanour.

It would make for great ratings.

Personally, I'd like to hear:

- Patrik Antonius
- Tom "durrrr" Dwan
- Daniel Negreanu
- Sammy Farha

Tom Dwan - Episode 23

Damn, I was hoping the original files of the Durrrr episode had been 'accidentily' erased by now

LOL. Yeah, I almost put a little disclaimer there warning him but I decided to let him figure it out himself.

Edit: Should have put:

Tom Dwan episode -

Daniel Negreanu episode -

Not before they ask him about UB/Absolute.

Dario Minieri if you have a booster seat in the studio so he can reach (talk into) the Mic

Arnold Snyder debating Sklansky and/or Harrington on NL Tournaments.

How about JC Tran? I think he is such an underrated poker player. He doesn't have celebrity status that all the other people have, but his winnings show he is one of the best. He is Top 15 in Live tournament earnings ever.

Since he just won a WSOP bracelet recently, maybe you guys can get an in depth interview with him about his success, how he started, what is his strategy entering in tournaments? any rituals? how does he maintain his focus and stay so calm?

I would like to see some more interviews with some of the Asian players (Kenny Tran, Men "Zen" Nguyen Tuan Le, David Pham, Tuan Lam, or Nam Le).

I would love to hear why Johnny Bax is representing (shilling for) UB and tell me why I should play there again
He could also discuss how PokerXFactor is doing
Would be interesting IMO

I recently watched some XFactor SNG videos on YouTube. Really bad.

The instructor was discussing a real-time playback of one his $10 STTs. Since that's exactly what I play, I was very interested--until I started watching the videos.

There were several incidents like the following:

The cards are dealt. As the action was going around, instructor states that his hand isn't worth playing. Then the action comes around, hero raises, and instructor says, "Whoops, I guess I decided to raise there."

Later, instructor flatly stated that as a big stack, you want to avoid any confrontation with another big stack.

Really? Any confrontation? Regardess of the tournament situation, or the pot odds?

Another gripe: One of the central themes is that you should know your "X", which I guess is the size of your stack compared to blinds+antes in the pot. If I understood him correctly, he was advocated shoving well before the usual standard of 10 big blinds. It's interesting that Moshman states that even with 10bb, you shouldn't shove against "many opponents", that it's better just to raise with your good hands.

I watched five of the videos, learned nothing, and felt bad about wasting so much time. Someone would learn more spending 5 minutes reading Harrington or Moshman than they would watching those videos for an hour.

So I've been seeing these commercials for this duplicate poker on GSN while watching HSP, and they're catch phrase is - Its poker, but smarter. What they have is some system where every ptable gets the same cards, and if you make more in chips than another player in that seat, you win more money. It's confusing, but I was wondering if you guys (Mike and Adam) could take a look at this and see if it is something that could possibly have a future in the world of poker. Thanks

I don't think this will every get big with serious poker players - I've never played but I read up on the idea a while ago and it just seemed to me it adds too much gamble with people trying to bluff their weak holdings all the time, etc. Like having the 72 rule in HSP, except with any unmade hand. Would be a short segment imo.

I saw WPT event where Kido Pham was the runner up. He look like he might make a good guest. I think a really good part time player might bring something new to the broadcast.

Get Sammy Farha on this bad boy.
