Huge fan of the podcast. Started listening a few months ago and haven't missed an episode since.

Something that would be really nice would be the shownotes with timestamps for the podcast. You guys cover a lot of topics and it would be great if I knew which topics were being covered and when. The other poker podcast I listen to regularly, the thinking poker podcast, does this and it's really nice feature. Sometimes I'm more in the mood for strategy versus an interview and vice-versa. Knowing when each occurs without having to scroll through the interview myself for minutes to determine when each segment is can be a big timesaver in the long run for the average listener. For your show, which has way more diversity of segments and is much longer than the thinking poker podcast, this feature would even more valuable in my opinion.

Great interview with Jason Somerville last week, really interesting to hear his thoughts about the future of Twitch poker.

Keep up the good work!

Zach

Love the new segment with Ross and the hand history discussions. Keep up the good work.

Hey guys. Love the show. I've been looking for the Twitch channel. I can't find it anywhere. I bookmarked it the first time Ross did his Sunday show but it shows up as deleted.

Where is the twitch channel now?

I'm enjoying the show too, liking the new segment on hand histories with Ross.

Ross for next weeks show could we talk about running into nut flushes in Omaha Zoom please?

I'm constantly getting involved with good starting hands? KQ10J of two suits, and getting busted on a regular occurrence to the nut flush in Zoom.

Have you experienced this Ross when playing? perhaps you could talk about it on the show next week?

As its Zoom would it be too tight to just fold all non nut drawing cards in 6 max Omaha pre flop? I don't see much point in having AK of a suit in Omaha really............. I want the AQ knowing the king flush could be out there!

Wouldn't mind everyones opinions next week

If this info (plus a little more meta-data) were available it wouldn't be unthinkable to create an app that would allow you to filter segments by type - strategy (and game type), player interview, poker media interviews, wsop coverage, non-poker, etc. There have been a couple of interviews along the way that provided some specific game strategy that I wish I could remember and lookup again to listen to.

The power move would be to partner up with other poker podcasts and build the uber catalog to reference.

'We know what he's capable of shoving down his throat' - T Chan, Episode 362.

There's a new drop for Ross.

i have been listening since rounders episode one and the only fault i can come up with is that there has never been a trailer park boys drop. Are you canadian or not?

Hi guys,

How about a mention on the next show about the WSOP fantasy league. It's completely free and creates a nice little sweat for the summer. Brandon Shack-Harris and Ryan LaPlante have already entered so why don't you?

PS I expect to see a team each from Terrence, Adam and Ross

thanks

Adam & Terrence,
Love the PokerCast each week, so much thanks for continuing to bring it!

Let's start out with the praise... I really like the additional strategy that has been added to the show in recent weeks/months. MJ was a great host, but I just don't understand why he always shied away from talking strat. Poker players LOVE strat, so please keep making sure that there's at least a hand or two that you talk about each week. Obviously, the Rossco report is a great way to incorporate this, and we all love the way you guys keep it humorous too.

A bit of constructive criticism... Terrence, we love you and your brainiac ways, but please, please don't feel like you need to fill every last second with constant chatter. Make your point and then be done with it. If you listen to yourself, you'll find that you repeat yourself over and over again, and you rarely let Adam get in a word. This makes the banter between the two of you seem more like a competition than a collaboration. And it ruins a lot of the great moments you otherwise might have.

Again, I love the show, but I just feel like the above needed to be said... for everyone's benefit!

In the past I've used the PokerNews mobile app to follow along with WSOP live coverage but that's not an option this year I guess since they lost out on coverage.

I glanced through the app store but nothing stood out, so where is everyone getting their mobile updates for the series this year?

I have a seagull fly over my house twice daily and drop notes w chip counts etc. The frggin bird still doesnt know the diff between Bakes and ODB tho. He;s also pervy so sometimes he'll say Maria Ho or Vanessa Rousso or Lizzy Harrison is leading when they aren't even playing the event.

Thats my best, most timely and most accurate source.

2nd I go to WSOP.com. Sure sometimes they only list half the players, sometimes the counts are hours old, and sometimes they may list the same player multiple times, but usually within 3-4 days of the event completion they get it at least 90% right.

_________

for next week's show: Im assuming you will vigorously address this 10k HU cheating thing. Remco has been doing a lot of legwork, maybe he could do a phoner.

Who would win in a fight adam or ross?

Hey guys thanks again for the show this week. I have a question/topic that i was wondering if you guys could discuss. With pokerstars moving towards including sports betting and casino games within the client (and maybe other non-poker games such as DFS), how do you think this could change the dynamics of the poker games on stars? I can see it driving more general traffic to the site given a greater variety of games/services will now be offered, although it may (or may not) also drive traffic away from the poker tables. It may also promote a greater culture of gambling on the site meaning that perhaps games such as zoom and spin n go's would be relative more popular as apposed to slower paced regular cash games and so on. In all likely the impact of the dynamic change would vary depending on the stakes being played. Anyway would be a cool topic to discuss if possible! thanks!

btw would it possible to terrance to talk a bit about MMA DFS? how the DFS structure has been adapted to fit MMA and what types of strategies can be used, and perhaps how he thinks it may chance as it continues to developed as an DFS. would be interesting!

btw do you guys personally play some DFS?

Hello!

Thank you once again for great shows each week, and THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR WAISTING MY VALUABLE TIME!!
Let me explain: Months ago you talked a lot about this "Serial" thing and I refused to listen to it, but after hearing about it ONCE AGAIN in the last show, I gave in. I paused the Pokercast and started listening to Serial. It was quite interesting and I wanted to find out who did it, so I kept listening.... Story after story after story for two days... Finally had only one last episode left yesterday at 3am, and really wanted to know how it ends!!! Stayed awake and listened to the whole thing - only to discover that THERE IS NO ENDING?!?! #frustrated #annoyed #tired #whodidit???

Well.. at least the Pokercast had a great ending this week!!! Keep up the good work! I am listening from Sweden since episode 50 or something... Going to be in Vegas at the end of June and need some Pokercast karma! Best Regards, Amanda

Don't know where else to put this but I just did a fist pump in the office when I turned on the live WSOP stream and heard two very familiar voices. (Hope I didn't miss an I'm Chillin'-style rap.)
06-17-2015 , 10:44 PM
Can I hear this somewhere?
06-18-2015 , 09:02 AM
Do you guys have a hashtag I could reference on social media?

HELP!! I can't find the free play Pokercast tournaments. This is the third week in a row I've tried. Any way to make this easier to find?

What is Ross' background before you found him for the studio. Appears he's already hangin' with big money PLO ballers, playin' big money tourneys and calling big bets at ring games.

Did he have any poker experience before 2014, and if so what?
