I dunno, shipping is crazy fast these days. Why not just have the cutoff and assigning of people on the 15th, then we have more of a surprise?

Sure that's the traditional way of doing things. I just wanted to put a spin on the ole traditional way but whatever works works. I agree that the 15th should be the cutoff date.
