Just an FYI guys, I'm totally aware that I said I'd do something at a certain time and didn't but here's why:

I thought it would be a simple task of collect together your links, randomize them and throw them up in a thread, but most submissions are worded descriptions rather than links which makes my task bigger.

I'd happily do this during work except youtube is very limited here and won't let me play a load of poker related videos.

I'd happily do it at home but my wife very inconsiderately decided to give birth to my first son and in turn he's very inconsiderately occupied a bunch of my time when not at work.

I'll get around to it at some point, but thanks for being understanding in the mean time.

This does sound highly inconvenient and inconsiderate. Any advice on how I can avoid being put in this situation?

Which brings me to another topic, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It pains me that Adam or Terrence isn't quoting these books a couple of times a show. I think there were about five or six moments in the last four shows where ideas like the improbability engine should be informing your conversation.

I know Adam only reads non-fiction, but these books are so funny and they sum up or comment on many themes and tropes of science fiction which tend to loom in the corners of the conversations you have about poker technology and innovation.

So I finally got round to doing this.

I've scoured the internet for your clips and have found many of them buried within entire episodes of poker shows.

I've given priority to the clips I could find and also those that are not about the poker explicitly. I've also taken the liberty of adding a couple myself.

Here's the list randomised for round 1:

1 plays 2, 3 plays 4 etc
I will throw up a couple of threads and we can have a week to vote on this stuff.

Not sure if you ever saw the old Infocom game for this. But you mentioning the book sent me down a deep internet wormhole of 80's text games.

I remember seeing it years before I read the book. No chance at getting through it.
