I the point about TChan and 'All-in' is that he often uses it as a phrase to mean that he's really into, or enjoying something.

Pigs are a good first option for livestock. You can get weaned pigs and grow them until they're about 6 months old. These were our latest pair:


And we've just taken on these crazy lasses:

They proving a whole host more trouble than pigs, although I'm sure it'll settle down. (Also, half a day course and then in at the deep end is totally the best play).

This episode isn't showing up on Stitcher. Any idea why?

One of our local poker rooms( Motor City Casino) BBJ is now about $750K. Union dealers are pissed because of the extra workload / players pulling 24+ hr. sessions sleeping at the table. Casino actually took out some slot machines to make room for more poker tables. Wait lists are now 2+ hrs. long. Management says there changing their promotions after it hits ( currently quads over quads ).

I've listened to you guys since Rounders and this podcast was a massive turn off for 15 minutes. Yes to poker and related asides such as Wayne Gretzky and sports betting. With respect, no thank you to deer killed with bows, etc. That's another podcast. Remember some of us share Daniel Negreanu's beliefs.

Well, you guys made me do it. I have never bet on sports in my life (except for the 10 euro world championship soccer pools at work), but now I have opened the PokerStars Sports betting tab for the first time ever, and put $200 on Mayweather (pays $244 for a win).
Note that I know nothing about boxing and MMA.

At least I know who to blame when I lose (other than myself).

Were they really talking about killing deer for 15 minutes?? I recall a passing mention of it. Maybe I need to re-listen.

Funny, I remember the longest discussion being about the Mayweather-McGregor betting market. I personally enjoyed it, but literally said out loud while listening, "Oh, this part will piss someone off." So I definitely predicted that one wrong.

I'm not sure I've mentioned this, but Kassouf looks like Groucho Marx.

They talk about eating bacon all the time (there's even a drop about it)
They talk about smoked meat from Schwartz' deli every opportunity

What's the difference?

Beat me to this. There was a brief mention of bow hunting and the fact that this guy made the bow himself. Not 15 minutes. The discussion of self-sufficient living may have been 15 minutes, but only a small part of that was about hunting. They spent as much time talking about cauterizing goat horns.

Also, was name dropping DN supposed to add weight to the point?

You all have every right to disagree with my post to the podcast team and I have every right to expect a podcast called 'Pokercast' to not indulge in topics such as self-sufficient living and the likes, hence the mention of 15 mns being a turn off. My post is clear and does not need further explaining. Feedback is sought and was given respectfully, end of.
