The only offensive part of the show was the outright prejudice towards gingers. How ****ing dare you?!?!??!?!?!

Proper bet sizing is important because you're betting on the big wheel for three reasons:

- To lose money.
- To trick yourself into thinking you can win money.
- To impress the dealer.

The only way you can accomplish all three in one move is by betting more than the wheel payout will allow. For example, if the wheel pays 40 to 1, with a maximum payout of $400, you get "impressed dealer equity" for every dollar over $10 you bet.

On exposing cards:

On Day 1B I had a tough river decision to call a 5K bet when I hit the low end of a gutter on a paired board. My opponent was a statue and i wanted to get some kind of read, so I asked the dealer what the penalty would be if I turned my hand face up. The floor was called over. The floorman told me "Well, normally it would be one orbit, but since you asked it will be more than that."
WTF? Better to ask forgiveness than permission I guess.

Idiotic floor decision I think. Raymer and ShauneffDeeb agreed.

Mat omitted the parts where:

- MJ bribed a stripper (on stage) to yell "Check raise is in the house!"
- Bunner and myself proposed that the DJ play "Bling Blang Blaow" (had it on my phone for just such an occasion) for this thing where the strippers kept trying to sell us (pay $$$ to put mike on stage in a chair with strippers). The DJ refused to let us bring in any non strip club music.

Ok, so what exactly constitutes "strip club music"? I've been to a gentleman's club in my day, and I must say, there are no standars as far as this goes. And how is Bling, Blang, Bloaw not strip club music??? HE'S SINGING ABOUT RUBBING BILLS ON TITTAYS!!!

Some classics that spring to mine:

- Cherry Pie - Warrant
- Red Red Wine - UB 40
- Bring it Back - Moloko
- Horny - Mousse T
- Poor some Sugar on Me - Def Leppard
- Pretty Fly for a White Guy - Offspring
- Love in an Elevator - Bon Jovi (?)
- Nothing but a Good Time - Poison
- Dr. Feel Good - Motley Crue

I'm sure Britney Spears, and Pussycat Dolls and Shakira and the like have made some contributions too.

My personal favorite that never gets played:

"Now you're a man" - DVDA.

OK, there are standards (i.e. songs we've all heard WAY too many times), but I was refering to standards (i.e. quality, style, genre). I mean, isnt there at least one girl every night who goes and requests her favorite obscure song to dance to? Should have bribed one of the strippers to get it played imho.

Thanks. It didn't seem right to me that Aerosmith wasn't on that list.

With regard to the brothers at the same table, the floorman (after consulting with a supervisor) in 2006 said that the official policy is that they won't sit relatives at the same initial table, but after that, it's left to random chance.

I sat with a woman who had her husband move to our table just before dinner in Day 1 in a $1500 Limit Holdem Event. They called the floor over because they didn't want to be improper and said they didn't want to sit with each other, anyway. They stayed and, if anything, played a little harder against each other than against the rest of the field.

Of course, the decision made by two floormen in 2006 doesn't mean that's the policy now (or even the correct policy then).

In talking about the Aces hand, it would be very helpful to know the relation between stack size of the BB and you. I think most would play the hand a little more on the conservative side post-flop (should it get that far) if the BB had more chips than you.

Thought: if the player does expose AA, raises it up and gets called by the BB who has a huge stack (and wouldn't be crushed doubling up the SB). By doing this, the BB can likely bluff any flop, as he knows the SB is worried about getting KO'd and probably will lay down his hand on any flop w/o an ace. Obviously, if the SB is gonna expose their hand, the best play would be to shove and pick up the blinds and antes and not get themselves into the aforementioned situation.
